Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, at check-in we will also require a security deposit of $100 AUD in the form of a credit card pre-authorization or $250 bond in the case of guests choosing to use cash, eftpos or Debit card (refunded on departure). Valid photo identification (in the same name as the credit card used for booking) must also be presented at check-in, of which a copy will be retained.
