I needed early check in (before 8 AM)They encouraged me to book the room a day in advance but there was nobody in reception before about 9And when I asked them about this, whilst there, they literally didn't give a HOOT.Waste of money

5 minute walk to the train station, which was my reason for staying. Nothing particularly special - there is a bed, a shower, a kitchen. I slept great. If you're a young person or more social you may enjoy this place more than I did.

Sketchy location at night, can hear drunken persons on the street. My room was particularly stuffy and smelled musty, but it might have been because of the 3 gentlemen there. The kitchen was not clean with dishes and food runoff in the sink - either the rules are not enforced or the folks staying here have zero personal responsibility. Fridges were filled to absolute capacity.

People smoking bongs in the room and had to leave before even spending one night due to certain people in the room made the environment uncomfortable

They have single room option which is many backpacker hotels don’t have. The bathrooms are clean and near to the rooms.

Not a 24/7 reception which make it harder for early arrival to store luggage.

I appreciate that they separate the toilet & bath facility for male use and female use, respectively. Room and common T&B is generally clean. Private double room has television.

Common kitchen & dining area is somewhat dirty and smelly.

I had the best sleeps here on the third floor. There were no distractions from others or outside noises. No refrigerator rumbles. The shared bathroom was just fine: clean and hardly anyone there. The staff found and kept aside my charger which I had left there.

Well it would be good to have an ensuite but that's how it is and the price was fair.

Good sized room, comfy beds and microwave in the room.

It was quite modern, as they had just renovated, the inside of the hostel was good.The dining room was huge and plenty of seating.

I am glad I bought my sleeping bag as there was only one small blanket on the bed.

Too much loud street noise,ear plugs just don't cut it,double glazing or a better sound barrier is needed

Location was nice and close to the city center.

I believe there were bed bugs in all the beds as we all woke up covered in bites and were very itchy for the next few days. Also were only provided with a very thin blanket each to sleep with.

I think was good price-quality rate cus the location its perfect. I spend one night on a private room! it’s walking distance from the airport train line that’s make it perfect if you have to do stuff in the Cbd and you don’t want to go around with taxis! I’ll come back xx

It’s a little noisy the area.

Location was great, everything was close by. 10% in the cafe next door if you show your key card

It was so noisy at night until about 2/3am. People in hallways talking super loud… and the doors would wake the dead constant slamming.
