The spa bath experience in the room. The cleanliness

The spa bath was abit dated & would benefit from having the tiles updated. More space / marble needed to sit on the side of the bath when doing a spa cleanZing process. Ther wasn't any bathrobes & ther wasn't enough towels for 2 people

Location was great. Great size resort, not too many people. Great parking and very convenient location. Double-glazing on windows really cuts down traffic noise. We could barely hear traffic with windows closed. Swimming pool was great.

Need some bowls in kitchen to make meals and salads etc. A set of generic plastic bowls and some plastic microwave covers would be helpful. Making meals became a little challenging, as we only had serving plates etc.

Free secure parking. Location to places I was attending. Restaurants walking distance.

Freeway noise but only when doors to patio were open.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms with lovely furniture. I will definitely stay here again!

The room (The Loft Apartment) was spacious and comfortable and it was great to have portable fans in all rooms, The bathroom was large and lovely and clean. The pool looked very inviting, it would have been nice to stay longer and use the facilities. The location was just a short Uber ride to the City. Some great cafes within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have the balcony doors open for fresh air but unfortunately the traffic was so loud being so close to the freeway but I wouldn't let this stop me from returning.

Washing machine and drier convenient in 2nd bathroom, king size bed comfortable and good lounge and tv. Nice new bathrooms and environmentally friendly fresh toiletries.

A location that is private, away from the busy city. Very near to CBD.

There is no lift to all the units and it required a little muscle strength to carry all the luggages.

Location looks as if it is on the river, but there is a freeway and a railway track in front of the motel. Booking.com charged me a foreign transaction fee for the cost, which I was not expecting as it was an Australian motel. I could have used my ING card and not incurred the fee, had I known. Not happy.

The location -My kids had hockey at PHS and it was perfect

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 3x days with family couple. Location Price nice pool and surrounds and restaurant.

The couches are old and need replacing. The blinds were damaged in kitchen and dining area. Lacked character was very dull with no decorating style.One set of towels for 3xdays? and condiments were inadequite. Had to ask ,even then every day,equalled to one cup tea a day.? Other than those vital things. The beds and showers were good. Need to restock more and do room servicing.

The location was just right for us to move around perth, the aparment was good and the pool and sauna was perfect. Most importantly the Manager Mr. Adam was very helpful and considerate . will surely come back

It was a little noisy and looking run down. Although still clean and tidy.There is no restaurant that really caters for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very specific Asian food only.

The location, the unit had everything we needed, parking was great spa and pool also great.

Some things were not clean eg windows and screens, some were broken. The screen in the bedroom was toyally broken.We asked for a jaffle maker but were told they didn't know what we were talking about, so one of them would have been great. Apart from these things it was excellent!

Location, size of unit, clean and tidy, family friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Definitely would stay again

Tiny kitchen, only able to have one person in there. But wouldn't stop us staying here again

Loved how comfortable the beds were. Unit was clean and well equipped & bathrooms looked like they’d been renovated. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to test out the pool but it looked inviting.

Water in shower took a while to warm up but I knew that already from other reviews. Once it warms up though, it’s great!

Location is great, supermarkt and restaurants close by, free secure parking, apartments are big. Kids loved the pool and whirlpool.

Dishes in kitchen were dirty, chewing gum on one of the pillows, walking up the steps to the loft you could see all the dirt on top of cupboards, shower turned cold every 20 seconds or so.
