Pan Pacific Perth

Great staff. We arrived after the normal lunchtime but slightly before normal booking in time. No problem! The Bar area served food all day and the room was ready for us to check in. Breakfast was good and unlimited in quantity.

Good room with a great view. The staff are really nice and very accommodating.

The pool is smaller than expected.

The club lounge was amazing...the staff were exceptional and the food and drink offered was awesome.

The stay did not begin well....we arrived straight from the airport and instead of the receptionist saying welcome to perth etc she said" you're 2 hours early - check in isn't until 3pm! She did not even offer for us to wait in the club lounge etc ( which I noted that 2 couples were 3 days later!)The club room looked nothing like the photos so that was disappointing and did not have a sofa or kettle. We asked for a kettle and were given one that leaked everywhere. There were coffee stains on the bedside table which remained there for the whole 5 days of our trip.

Able to use free CAT buses into the City. Hotel provides metal water containers, which you refill at a complimentary water station in the lobby.

Pub inside the hotel was full of very noisy men, who had no thought for other guests. Staff should have reminded them that there were other guests in the hotel.

Gorgeous, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice views, good location, nearby eating and transport options.

There’s no Netflix connected and Prime…. At least, they have access from that. Im sure if ever they put netflix and prime, they will be number one hotel around Perth. Ive been so many Hotels and Pan pacific is number 1 for me. Hope they will have Netflix or prime

The property was fairly new, very clean, extremely well presented

The staff could be more friendly. Some of the staff came accross as not very friendly. Not a major factor though - there were other staff that were quite friendly and helpful

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Excellent beds. Well equipped with water and toiletries.

Room was not as clean as last stays. Broken soap bottle in the shower for example

Pan Pacific was very clean and a restful place to stay. I loved the water bottles on bedside and the care that is made to give to the customer an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was filling with a lot of choices to cater to every taste The staff from all areas of the hotelExtremely helpful and made the stay enjoyableThank you for a wonderful stay

Only small things. My hairdryer didnt work and we didnt have any shampoo in the shower- but didnt realise until i was in shower.

Noise from other rooms - both nights and early morning. Was not pleasant

Did like the club lounge access also the service and the people were amazing location was superb and the bed was comfortable the pillows were pretty hard though

When we stayed the TV didn't work through the night and through the morning and through our extended $30 pay very disappointed as we have a two-year-old and a three year older when we sat a hotel we want to watch movies and chill out the Netflix wasn't working and our phones weren't able to connect to the TV and we have the latest phones in Samsung I am very disappointed as we love this hotel it's our second day of February I mean sorry January and yeah very disappointed but besides that everything else was good

Perfect hotel for our needs, needed a quiet and comfy place following our long trip from the UK, good meals and good location for walks into town and nearby cafe's etc. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Staff were all super helpful and friendly, couldn't fault them at all. From check in staff to valet to the people working in the bar downstairs.

The room was nice and large.

The staff in the lounge were very friendly to some customers and very indifferent to others (included) There was supposed to be a dress code plus no children in the lounge after 5:30pm. The dress code was not followed and no one said anything despite us being told clearly the rules. I think on weekend it was unnecessary to say no shorts- no swimwear is fine. People came in in ripped shorts, hot pants, tank tops etc. The no child policy was very tightly followed with at least 3 staff members telling us to be out by 5:30pm and giving us different information on how we could still have some canapés - but only on asking. It’s interesting how they enforce one rule and not others.

The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Just wonderful.

Room service variety was limited and pricey

The greeting by Omar at the front door set the tone for our visit. Such a polite young man. The room with the river view outstanding
