I was given an adjoining room for my 3 night stay. Every neighbour was loud, I had no sleep. Bedding was also uncomfortable eg polyester bedding which was hot

Location was centralStaff friendly

The wall in my room was peeling.The bathroom was slightly dated.

Staff were pleasant, hotel is conveniently located, room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

The bathroom appeared to be in need of a renovation.

Good breakfast and good location as we walked around the cbd and museum

Breakfast was a disaster - no hot food by 08:45Decor dated and the room not cleaned to an acceptable standard - hair in the bathroom

Great facility, close to CourtStaff was helpful and managed to find me valet parking when it seemed that all spaces were filled - I really appreciated staff going out of their way to do that.Meal at the restaurant was very reasonable priced.I was also [permitted to store luggage after I checked out which was very helpful.

Check in could have been a little quicker but all good, otherwise.

Hotel was central to where I needed to be for work.

First floor room with a shabby outlook and dirty curtains. Lots of wall trim missing from room and no bedside lights. Only lighting was overhead. Bathroom was horrible with a dated shower over bath, stained ceiling and a musty damp smell throughout. Bodywash pump remained empty for 3 days. Corridor near lift continually filled with trolleys of towels/linen which just made the whole area feel second rate. Air con is dated and inefficient. Couldn't find anything positive about this room and it was definitely overstated in the level of quality/comfort online.

Staff was friendly, valet parking , breakfast and the pillows and beds were great !

We could not use the pool , doors were jammed and we were scared we will get stuck in between the pool doors and the outside doors and no one would hear us , kids were very disappointed.

Dated property and lots of facilities like lifts and pool out of order during the stay.

Great location with so many excellent experiences in close walking distance. Beds were very comfy, and it was nice and quiet in the evenings

On site parking not available, as we found out on arrival it is subject to availability and not a 'given' that we can get a space. Using the parking block down the road was inconvenient (with 2 young children) and of course very expensive. The Mercure Pool was not well maintained and got progressively worse over the 4 days we were staying, to a point where we didn't feel like we could swim in it and eventually it was closed for maintenance - not good for a summer holiday with kids who love swimming

Pool was brilliant and lovely breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff

We first checked into a room on the first floor, there is no view and stains on the bench, floor and walls. The toilet was broken so they moved us to a suite on the 10th floor which had an artist view of the river, which was lovely. Thru also gave us 3 x drink vouchers. The buffet breakfast was great.

The original room we had was pretty gross but the suite we were upgraded to was great. The only issue with the suite was the phone didn’t work so we could not call reception.

Service, breakfast was said to be included but when I ordered from my room I got charged, it wasn't specified that breakfast was at buffet and ended at 10.30. Bathroom was really outdated as were the furnishings. Looked like a hospital bathroom.

Location was perfect - close to the port and city center and close to the train as I was coming from the airport. Staff were nice and the room as well. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different options from fruits to eggs, bacon and nice coffee.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. Location suited me for what I needed.

The room was very tired - Bed was jammed into a corner not comfortable or inviting. Carpets look liked they hadn't been cleaned in years.

Great location, close to everything.

There were 3 of us staying in a 4 person room and we had to keep calling up for more towels as we were only provided with 2. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the water pressure felt like needles on your skin.

The Bar & restaurant menus were great and the staff were very accommodating with helping us, and Breakfast was really lovely and to have it included was a real bonus ..We would have preferred a view of the river or water from our room however being so close to the centre of the city was very handy to get around etc ..

we would have liked being a little closer to some other restaurant options ... however we did get around to what we needed to see via the Cat services ..

The staff were very helpful and let us check in before 2pm. The rooftop heated pool was lovely!

There was mould growing on the ceiling and the lamps were damaged and flickering.

The Room was as stated and couldnt fault the comfort. Location was great and getting to hotel was simple and easy. We stayed because we went to State Of Origin so needed somewhere comfortable and close without paying Perth FIFO rates. this was by far value for money

On Check in, the reception gave our room key to someone else but forgot and then gave us new keys. As we went upsatirs to our room we unpacked and started to get ready. but then someone decided to enter the room with a card, not their fault as we were both given the same room. only problem was we werent exactly decent and it could have been very embarrising for the hotel. luckily my partner stopped the entry. The hotel was very apologetic and we understand the shift work these people do. Apart from that, it was smooth sailing and would not stop us from going back
