Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff and proximity to where I needed to be on business.

The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Air con inside the room was spot on and this is crucial for a summer trip to Perth. Overall the place is great value for money and was ideal for our 5 night stay. The

Large comfortable bed, shower in the bathtub, perfect location, close to everything.

The location was perfect. Very close to Perth city centre.

The apartment itself was a little dated, the TV was very old and wasn't a smart TV, but it was clean and ticked all the boxes for a family stay in Perth.

Good location, very close to the CBD and to Kings Park. Good size room, friendly hotel staff.

Down stairs restaurant didn’t offer a lot of breakfast options and coffee was bad!

We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. It was comfortable, clean and well fitted out.

Initially given a musty unappealing apartment.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I don't think the towels were very clean. No body wash.

It was very quiet and the room was great with good facilities.

The doona was a bit too warm as the room was not cold. Probably a blanket and a lighter doona would have been better to give customers a choice of warmth. That's just me personally though.

Staff were exceptional, professional and accommodating. We were visiting Perth for a fitness competition and the venue was a stones throw from our stay at Nesuto. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was brilliant.

Easy to access and parking available + very comfortable bed + apartment style. All 3 staff I interacted with were fabulous! Upon check-out I said I hadn't be able to enjoy breakfast due to fasting for medical appointment, I was offered a "packed take-away breakfast" for later whilst I declined this thoughtful an unexpected.

Very comfortable bed. Living and dining areas were good. Bathroom was fine with a shower not over a bath that we asked for. Easy to use washing machine and dryer. Able to purchase frozen meals. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were excellent.

No instructions how to use electric hotplate. Needed a tray to heat frozen pizza in oven.

After initially being given an apartment that was poorly furnished and smelling musty, we were delighted to be upgraded to a fabulous 2 bedroom unit. Our disappointment with the first unit was quickly remedied by the helpful receptionist.The breakfast buffet was varied and of good quality.The staff we encountered were uniformly pleasant and helpful.

While located in a quiet neighborhood, it was a bit of a walk into the CBD.

We appreciate the secured parking for our car. All the amenities were well thought through and made available for us. Room was spacious and the overall stay is comfortable. Location is fantastic as its near the city. Breakfast was decent as well.

Not enough cleaning services. We stayed a total of 10 days and only had full cleaning once. Staff told us that cleaning only once a week. Which also meant we had to constantly clear our own trash everyday. The apartment itself is also a little dated but that said, its still comfortable to stay.

Pretty outdated apartment, evident lack of maintenance, noisy main room due to window not properly sealed, be prepared to pay almost 40% of the booking for deposit.

The location was great. Our room was perfect and comfy bed.The breakfast was fantastic and good variety. All staff members including reception, breakfast service, were all friendly. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Spacious apartment.

The a/c control was a challenge. Although it didn’t affect me, if my wife had been with me the shower over the bath would have been very unsafe as she has two artificial knees. I would expect every bath/ shower arrangement to have a handrail and a non-slip mat as a minimum, otherwise it is a safety hazard.

Breakfast was great.Comfortable Room, with well stocked kitchen.

The central location, facilities and the very helpful staff. We were not sure what to expect and were very happy with what we received.
