Could have had 2 bottles of water in fridge. Not enough milk in fridge.pillows could have been a bit better they were worn out!

Staff generally friendly and meals affordable.

Sent to a room at the back of the property where renovations or property completion work - painting - was still being done.Was relocated to a better room closer to reception on request however forced to pay $20 extra.Was also advised by the front desk that it was 'safe' to walk to the nearest supermarket in the late afternoon which in my opinion was inaccurate advice as I didn't feel safe and it seems neither did the supermarket because they kept their door closed, not easy to find when one expects a supermarket door to be open.

Location was excellent, parking was behind a secure gate. Pool and seating around the pool was good to read a book. The bed was comfortable, TV was ok. I didn't use the laundry facilities but were there.Restaurant and bar onsite which I didn't use.

The cleanness of the room and facilities inside the room does need attention. I saw the room cleaners working so hard - time restricted them to do the basic's and get rooms ready. This facility should perform deep cleaning which is outside of the routine room service. I couldn't open the sliding door to the balcony, shower tap was falling off the shower fixing, dust over the corner walls. I stayed because of the location of this accommodation was was not deluxe; kitchen facilities was incomplete

The pick up from the airport and the book in was fantastic. Toby who collected us and checked us in was brilliant. Really great to have someone that made us feel really welcome after a very long flight into Perth

Not enough power points! The only power points easily accessible to charge phones & devices etc were in the kitchen (Room 2101)

Due to the issues encountered below, the two staff members who assisted me were extremely helpful. The young lady, Maria, who did pick me up was very apologetic and brought me a nice hot coffee. The young gentleman who came to my room was also extremely apologetic, and said breakfast was on the motel. Overall, the rooms are very pleasant although I dislike a heavy glass sliding door into the bathroom area.

Extremely disappointed with the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I phoned at approximately 3.00pm on the day of my arrival and asked for a shuttle service. Yes, ma'am, no problems, about 20/25 minutes. At 50 minutes I had to ring again and see what the delay was. The young lady did not know anything about my shuttle request. Finally the shuttle arrived after 90 minutes from my initial call. Then, when I got to my room the air conditioner was on (it was a freezing day) and the tv would not work. A very helpful gentleman came to my room, got the tv working (possibly to do with someone using a play station and not returning a button behind the tv to normal setup) but he decided to change my room as the heating would take too long to heat up. To cut a long story short, from the time of my initial call for a shuttle to finally arriving into my room, the time was 3 hours!!! It was Perth's coldest day for 50 years or so and it was raining. It seems when a changeover of staff occurred I was forgotten!!!

Well organized management and very nice helpful staff. Great restaurant. Airport shuttle a bonus.

Noisy guests in the middle of the night but not a major annoyance.

The hotel is near the airport and has a free shuttle. Our room was well away from main road and was quiet. Nice outdoor courtyard.

I stayed one night to catch the airport shuttle at 5 am. The hotels was good for a one-night stay when you have an early flight. There is a decent pool and hot tub. The bar/restaurant had a happy hour the evening before, which was good for a beer. But if you want to use the Metro to see sights in Perth and the surrounds, it would be better to be closer to a station. I stayed 3 nights at the Aloft Perth prior to the one night at Country Comfort and could walk to the Burswood station and go all over the city,

The shuttle only runs once per hour in the early morning. Not a big deal -- but I had to get up earlier and I had a longer time at the airport. Better too early than too late, so it was all good.

Very close to ascot race course which is why we stayed there .

The surrounds are disgraceful and need a good clean up, it is starting to look tired and unloved. the security gates don't work any more either.

Great room. Big comfortable bed and spacious room, all immaculate. Good bathroom. Well located for the airport, and we appreciated the shuttle there. Pretty easy to get into Perth by bus or train. Very good breakfast. The staff were great too.

Helpful staff.Problem with power quickly attended to.

Faulty kettle blew power to the room.Originally, most power points not operational.I am assuming that the duvet cover is washed after each checkout as there is only one sheet fitted to the mattress.

Hotel Shuttle at 2am was fast. Bed was ok Had tea and coffee in the room with a kettle, great for a cuppa at that time of the morning.

Long walk to the room - very motel like. No lift so had to carry my heavy bag up stairs to the first floor.

The staffs were fantastic. They were kind enough to assist with the check-in smoothly despite some complications. Free parking is one of the plus point. The rooms were comfortable and it was a quite peaceful area. Cleanliness was good. Facilities and amenities were complete.

Heating didnt work properly, no kitchen facilities as advertised, bed has dips in it mattress is very old, a lot of noise from upstairs rooms, cleaning only average way overpriced, rooms are old and outdated

Efficient staff at check in/out. Clean comfortable rooms.
