It had a bed

When went to check in I was waiting 20 mins until somebody came and checked me in, then they couldn't find my booking took them another 45 mins to sort that out and then they had to clean a room for me to go into. Didn't get my key bond back

NOTHING TOTAL DISGRACE

no help at all just sorry but we didnt receive notification until 5pm and were booked out

Location was handy to where i work, which was only reason for choosing

Warning to others - this place is way overpriced.. it is a basic shed with a hall in the middle and rooms off to each side, not even rate as a Motel.. Staff were terrible and not helpful. I paid $280 per night for 6 nights and tried to cancel on first day, they refuse to give refund, just a credit of $400 from an $1800 account. TERRIBLE service. do not stay there...If this was $100 to $140 a night then you get that value, but it is basically a dormitory style place, not presentable at all. The managers kept trying to play games, blame costs of power bill for high price, anything except accepting they were overpriced compared to other places.

Nothing it was so disgusting i have never seen anything like this in my life do not stay here full of mould flooding bathroom absolute disgrace avoid at all cost

We did not lien anything it was filthy and I mean filthy dirty we are taking further action mould bugs it was a disgrace

when we arrived and bought the luggage into the room and saw the state of the place, the place was absolutely filthy. One double bed pushed up against the wall. one chair for one person to sit and no table; disposable cups and a kettle. Brocken unsafe power points hanging out of the wall. The one chair lifting up the cushion it was absolutely filthy underneath. The bathroom door would not shut properly. The door to the room was fragile and unsafe. As this was a working trip I was not confident that my wife was safe in that environment while i was working. We were there, for less than half an hour. We did pay a $100.00 bond prior to accessing the room and to their credit they did return it.

The room and bathroom had been recently refurbished..

The shared bathroom had been so recently refurbished that the glue holding the tiled soap holder in the shower had not set, and after using the shower, it softened during the night and the porcelain soap holder fell off and shattered on the floor.The refrigerator in my room is missing one leg, so wobbled back and forth with the Microwave on top of it.

Avoid this place, bed bugs in the room

Discovering that there are bed bugs in the room. That there were dirty linen and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. They promised to get back to me in regards to this issue for possible compensation but I haven't heard from them since.

Location ok, ample parking

Noise issues and still waiting for a tax invoice after 3 days and 2 requests.They are clearly used to and expecting damage, posted price schedule.Toilet roll holder fell off the wall as soon as touched but left it slightly better

Okay room, great service, perfect location across the road from Thornlie square. I am a formal local to so I was I close to everyone

grout along of the floor makes the bathroom look worse than it actually is and ruins beautiful tiles. Also I dropped the remote under the bed and it was so dirty and full of rubbish. Floor is tile so don’t understand why it can’t be swept…?

An absolute nightmare—don’t ever go to this place.

I would never return to this place. There was no hot water in the room, and the bed was an old 20-year-old mattress where it was impossible to sleep because all the springs were poking through. Instead of giving us another room or refunding part of the reservation, they only offered us the option to use a shabby shower at the end of a hallway on the other side of the motel, claiming there were no other rooms available.To make matters worse, after arguing for quite a while, they finally came back and admitted there were indeed rooms available — specifically the one directly across from ours. However, they hadn’t wanted to give it to us because it was for three people instead of two. And this happened after 8 PM, so it’s not like they were expecting more reservations that day.On top of all that, there was noise both outside and inside the property during the night.An absolute nightmare—don’t ever go to this place.

Uncomfortable bed, dirty bathroom, cockroaches roaming in the bathroom and in room. Staff wasn't present in the reception area, not answering phone calls. No clean towels supplied despite a 3 night stay except for one pair upon check-in. Staff had zero interest in customer service. I would never stay there again.

Bed is comfortable. Quiet most of the time. Clean bathroom. Yummy restaurant directly behind hotel.

Kettle needs to be arranged better. Tea bags are important for me. I can't live without a nice cup of black tea.

Price

Bed was awful. Pillows worse. Shower and bathroom was dirty. Tv was smudged and there was no milk for tea/coffee. Door lock did not feel safe. Would not stay again.

EVERYTHING ELSE. There were cockroaches, crickets, and other bugs in the room.

Cockroaches in room, shower leaked incessantly, curtains didn’t cover window allowing street lighting to pour through.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable! Bathroom was clean and nice, nice water pressure in the shower. Very comfy bed and a nice warm blanket which is much better than just a sheet that most hotels give.

It was a little bit noisy, I could hear people outside. Also it’s called perth city motel, this is a little bit misleading because it’s not located in perth city, it’s located in Thornlie; an outer suburb. People who are travelling and do not know perth well may think they are staying in the city and end up further away than they want

Have multiple photos so msg me if want or send a local rep to review accreditation with booking.com Was in room 2 and it had multiple broken and unsafe items and was in a very poor state.Would never recommend or tell people about this one.Normally all my experiences booking with booking.com in aus and nz have been spot on and very commendable.

They have unprofessional and unsincere way of dealing with the customers

I left my watch in the room and I forgot to take it.. when I left I called them and told them I left my watch can u please return it and they said there is no watch.. I know for sure that it was there and they said there is no watch. It was so unprofessional of them.. I didn’t like their service because they are not honest and sincere with their customers. Thanks
