    Pros +

    • Nice, in the heart of Perth CBD. Clean.
    • Friendly staff, super clean rooms and the beds are so incredibly plush. Loved being able to have a coffee at close to midnight after our concert and enjoy it on the rooftop to quietly unwind before bed. We stayed during a weekday, so the location was super quiet as well, but even if it hadn't, they provide earplugs which is a small but nice considerate touch.
    • Breakfast was provided and we were given fresh milk, fruit and offered fresh bread also. Clare let us know if we needed anything small for cooking than she could provide this for us instead of having to spend money, that was really helpful as we were on a budget. The rooms were comfy and accommodating to our needs and the location was safe and secure.I was really happy with the safety and security of the property as it was me and my sisters that stayed here, this making it easier to leave them at night, as we had turns of staying with my dad at the hospital.

    Cons -

    • A little overpriced for what it is, it’s nothing fancy. We did stay last minute on Valentine’s Day weekend so that may be why.
    • I only wish I had stayed in the slightly bigger room for the 2 person sized balcony, but that was an error on my part, not theirs. I can't think of anything negative at all. Everything was absolutely great and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at a perfect location, next to the train station with direct train to airport. Also close to the livery center of Perth. Close to museums.Nicely decorated, friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice reading lounge and pleasant bar. Overall perfect.

Limited storage in the room. There is only one lift, requires some patience.

Comfortable beds, clean and modern rooms. Arrived pretty late on a saturday evening and had a drink in the bar. The hotel was really accomodating and allowed us to eat our food (ordered in) at the bar also.

There is a 5min loading/unloading bay at the front of the hotel, but can be quite a hassle getting everything on/off within that time. There is street parking but it is a very busy street.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. The rooms were finished to a high standard and felt modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and close to the main train station, which makes getting around very convenient

The breakfast offering was very limited, with very few options to choose from. Additionally, there was information that barista-made coffee was included in the breakfast, but in reality, only coffee from a jug was available, which was disappointing

Location great for us. Clean and tidy

I just assumed all hotels came with a bar fridge and coffee facilities. Otherwise good

Good locationVery clean Comfortable bedStaff friendly enough

Very very very noisy Can hear everything going on outside the hotelNot soundproofed at allNo door between shower and WC just a curtain

Central location, very comfortable beds and plenty of toiletries.

Rooms quite small, no water or fridges in the rooms. Only a communal fridge for storing food stuff. Not sure how safe things are as we didn't use it. Cost of 2 barista made coffees. $11 for 2 I think that is quite expensive.

Location close to art gallery New South Wales and Perth institute of contemporary art . Staff are lovely. Wonderful communal living room for study and hanging out

Can be loud at night - thin walls

Location is great. Its quiet despite being in a buzzing area, with great pubs and restaurants. It's a short pleasant walk to the CBD. Near the museums and galleries and also close to the bus and rail networks.

I had a continental breakfast.Muffins, pastries and bread were freshly baked.

You had to go next door for the partner restaurant.

    9IanPosted on: 2-1-2026

The central location to Perth city, the special boutique feel for the hotel.

Even though 24-hour coffee facilities were available downstairs, the ability to make a coffee in your room was the only improvement I can seriously advise

    5RossPosted on: 1-31-2026

Staff very friendly, nice communal areas, good central location

Our bathroom was not very well cleaned, especially in the shower area. Room decor was pretty tired. Air con kept cutting off, even when balcony door was fully closed

    Location, vibe

    Tv didn't work, uncomfortable pillows

Great central location. Parking next door under the state library.

Minor complaint, the breakfast was a little bread and cake heavy. Could have done with some cheese at least.

    9ShiaoPosted on: 1-21-2026

Breakfast was very pleasant - a simple but good enough spread in casual, comfortable living room setting. Room was good enough. What I appreciated most was the front desk service - I left behind my airpods accidentally before I departed for the airport. I only realised it in the taxi and immediately emailed the front desk. They were very prompt in discovering it, replying me and assuring me they would mail it back to my home country address. I have my airpods back and am very appreciative of their kindness and understanding!

Great location, close to the station so very easy to get to from the airport, comfortable and quiet with friendly staff

Amazing, fitted me in last minute and let me have an early check in to get to an event on time after being let down by a prior booking elsewhere. Staff were super accommodating and welcoming ☺️
