    Pros +

    • It was located near university, but far from the CBD. so it fulfilled part of its purpose
    • The view
    • Location and view was lovely was nice and accessible to places. Check in and check out was easy.

    Cons -

    • No hotel signage at all(Taxis, fellow guests couldn't find it),no evening kitchen service, terrible layout(lifts and stairs), no welcome pack and staff (although nice) had no local knowledge. Versus equivalent-priced hotels terrible value- 2 star at best
    • Staff were unfriendly and not helpful, no parking even though I spent $400 for the night, tried to call staff for help connecting to the chrome cast, (called 4 times never answered) walked down to the reception and the receptionist was on her phone.
    • The body wash in the shower was empty, large spider in room by the bed, basin in bathroom fills with water and didn’t drain, aircon was faulty and kept turning off and wouldn’t turn back on so was very hot in the room, parking is also very incredibly limited you need to park at a local car park 10min walk away.

    Location

The noise from the street was disruptive, and the food was terrible. One meal was sent back and refunded, while the other two meals were bland and tasteless. Additionally, the coffee machine did not work properly.Went to fill room water bottle and two other water bottles and was told next time we would need to pay $20 for additional water!!!! Why, I have never been told this other hotels are more accommodating.Wait staff rude and abrupt! On check out we where charged for items that where already paid for!We where a large group for a wedding when requested champagne glass it was too hard for the staff to bring them up to the room, I was happy to pay a deposit however when we request the glasses and ice the answer we got was we don't normally do this type of service !!!! Surely being a venue where people stay for wedding etc you can accommodate this request.

Room was amazing, very modern. Great river view from the balcony. Restaurant food was great.

Location by the river and close to University

The bedroom was not clean. Spiderwebs (with actual spiders!). And other friends reported cockroaches in their rooms and next to the food during breakfast.

Great location and easy to get to

Little bit noisy could hear guests coming and going as the corridor is all concrete

    10DoreenPosted on: 1-27-2026

    Wonderful

I stayed for 3 nights in 3 different rooms. One ran out of hair conditioner, another room ran out of hand lotion.

Close to perth subiaco and other shopping districts. Very nice hotel

    Bed was a bit hard

    10EvangelinePosted on: 1-26-2026

The room was beautiful as well as the view, friendly staff, and well cleaned

The parking was a bit rough, definitely recommend booking a spot

The bed was comfy and good range of tv channels. Loved the location to the hospital as I was having surgery. I did like how the elevator went all the way to the ground so I didn’t have to climb stairs post-op. Did get a free upgrade for signing up to the rewards program which was a nice bonus :)

The balcony didn’t have anything to sit out on, the shower head had low pressure and when you held the foldable handle it nearly burnt.

Lovely room, lovely view. Friendly check guy, really helpful. Was allowed late checkout.

Fairly noisey-could do with double glazed windows. Woken up really early with a swim event in the river.Parking was expensive and difficult to get into.Restaurant not open on the weekends.

    Clean, tidy, quiet, centrally located

Breakfast restaurant closed a bit early

    10StaceyPosted on: 1-19-2026

Aesthetically pleasing. Very comfy beds. Had the best sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about my stay.

Parking is a little walk away, but it was okay.

Loved the location. Stunning hotel - it is perfect in term of comfort

Staff were average and you could definitely tell it was a 3-4 star hotel. Overall average service. When we checked in the roomHad less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper , no spare supplies in the room. Reception was average with assistance in general. Breakfast buffet was super average - some of the food was dried out and looked old despite us arriving when it opened .

The location, the rooms are very modern, great breakfast.

    9DonnaPosted on: 1-11-2026

Excellent location , clean , modern

    8JacquiPosted on: 1-6-2026

Rooms were very clean. Nice view of the river that we paid additional for. Good breakfast set up.

Slightly picky but whoever designed or selected the basin and tap in the bathroom needs too go back to design school. Nice basin but a long tap spout just above the basin rendering it completely useless to wash your face or even fit a glass under to get water. Next - weird little slot cut outs for the cupboard handles - great for jamming and twisting your fingers in. Look great but completely useless.Parking limited to 9 bays underground at $25 a day or park out on the street.Daikin air conditioner panel - weird and unusual. No instructions - apparently should be a set of instructions above the panel so we are not the only ones who struggled to decipher this.Graciously told me that hotel wouldn't be charging for the second cup of coffee at the breakfast that was included - there were two people at breakfast. Go figure that reasoning.

    All in all it is...

We had coffee pods in our room but no coffee machine. So we went to make a tea instead but you can’t actually fill up the kettle with water because it doesn’t fit in the sink in the bathroom to do so
