Duxton Hotel Perth

Breakfast was amazing and what topped it off was they always provide sparkling wine so I can have a mimosa (sparkling wine and orange juice) 10/10 a special mention to consierge I drive up to the hotel and am greeted by a wonderful man happy to take my car then bring my shopping up and when I needed my car again it was there waiting out the front. Fantastic service with a smile. Oh and dinner was spectacular the service was the best I have ever received.

There is absolutely nothing I did not like.

It was in a great location and was nice and clean and tidy.

Our room was late being ready for check in, which meant we were late getting ready and for our concert. We also weren’t offered a later check out.

The room and view was great comfortable and very clean.Valet service was also reliable and staff very professional and friendlybreakfast was not value for money and not the best the toast and the omellete cooked fresh was very nice.We were unable to use the hotel services on the TV and when requesting a menu for inhouse dining this took over 30 minutes to receive and a second call to the main desk.inhouse dinning menu was not appealing and for the two nights we left the hotel for dinner elsewhere.Hotel restaurant menu was not competitive to other close by restaurants.

Location was good and easy to get too. Concierge was helpful.

Could not get onto reception the multiple times I called, so had to go down whenever I had a question. I stayed for a few days and the cleaning was lazy except for 1 day where they did a thorough job.

Our room was good size but everything felt outdated.

The pool area is tiny. Terrible for such a big hotel. Breakfast gets very busy and you have to wait.

Good spacious room, well maintained and serviced. Courteous and supportive staff. Special mention for Mr Andrea at the Concierge for his suggestions and support to make our holiday eventful.

The air conditioning could have been better as it did not seem enough to cool the room.

Bedroom was a good size and beds comfortable

We were advised on checkin that the pool was closed for renovations. At no time before arrival were we advised otherwise I would have cancelled my booking and booked another hotel with a pool. When you are searching a hotel and specifically want a pool for your children to enjoy this was very disappointing

I asked for a river view room when I booked the hotel online, as there was no option to specifically book a river view room. I got a nice email confirmation from the hotel through booking.com website saying they will do that for me, no charge. Great I thought.A few days later I get another email from the hotel saying i need to pay extra for a riverview room if i want one ( i was prepared to do that when i booked). So they said i can have that room and then reneged on it, so that set up an argument on checkin when they demanded i send through all the emails THAT THEY SENT ME !!!!

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds, fantastic shower, lovely swimming pool and a wonderful breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at Duxton Hotel Perth — the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of!

Soundproof room, no city noise. Room was almost like a suite. Staff were lovely, food was amazing. Would definitely be the best hotel we've stayed at in Perth. Highly Recommend

Room is dark, specially at the corridor. Since my room is not equipped with water filter, I have to ask for water everyday although they promised to deliver 4 bottles of water every day, but it is not happpening. On the 4th day, trashes was not taken out from the room.

We have stayed at Duxton before, found hotel and service exccellent. Enjoyed fish and chips in the Bar twice in the evening. Food good and the staff were efficient. Room was lovely, bed tooooo comfortable, did not want to get up!

Can not fault anything.

Beautiful 'Old style' hotel but with the freshness of just being built. Everything was fresh and immaculately clean and the place exuded charm and sophistication.Loved staying here, the staff are simply amazing, and the evening bar and breakfast bar were very very good.Be warned the breakfast is expensive but first quality and the service was first class.Location is fantastic with a 5-minute walk to the river or the mall and the pick-up and drop off area whilst busy runs really well.We stayed whilst attending the NRL State of Origin game and were made to feel VERY welcome.This will be our go to hotel in Perth from now on.
