Staff was pretty decent

Dirty bedding and rooms. Most things in the room where broken. Doesn¿t look anything like pictures Payed extra for the view and windows where so dirty you could not see out of them. Swimming pool wasn¿t even open. Cockroaches in room and hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was good

No milk upon arrival think this should be pretty standard anywhere you stay especially if you check in late and all you want is a cup of tea before you go to bed . There is some at reception which the staff don’t tell you about and you have to work it out for yourself . Also left note for housekeeping staff asking for milk which was ignored . Also kept trying to order room service but kept saying kitchen wasn’t available no matter what time I tried . Also tried using the room phone but no response from reception

Location excellent and quiet. Car park excellent staff helpful and polite room very clean

Coffee/tea facilities in room could be better (no spoon or milk) and microwave would be excellent

Clean, good facilities, convenient to airport, free undercover parking

No howl compendium in the room

The rooms ,location just everything in the room Stairs were filthy The photos for advertising the rooms are very deceiving Wouldn't recommend for anyone seeking luxury

Close to the airport, comfortable bed.

Shower head was terrible. I turned on the bath and the water was brown. Very dated.

Very convenient location for us

The actual property was amazing, Our doors had to slam if not an alarm would ring out and was very noisy when people returned back at 2-3 in the morning,People in our block where very noisy when retuning after a night out

The bathroom was spacious, the bed was nice and comfy. Room was clean.

The valentines day menu was AI-ed and could definitely see it. Wasn't a fan of the room service valentines day food we ordered.

Location was convenient to city and surrounding areas

TV not a smart tv therefore no access to movies or YouTube Fridge too small not running on arrival then once on it froze contents No information about restaurant or food service

Staff were very unhelpfulOnce I said I booked through bookings.com they stated no breakfast would be included with any deal. Yet I usually always book this option of breakfast included.

It was easy enough to get to, and quiet, with easy access to the restaurant.

Bit of a maze to get to some parking spaces and I noticed some people got lost trying to find their space. But, take your time and it’s fine!

We received misinformation about entry to the hotel compound at night.On arrival our room our door latch was not working. In short it was 1 hour before we were relocated to another room. It was very hot and we had driven 2 hours so this was a big problem. I asked for an upgrade and was told we had one of the best rooms but we were not offered any thing for the inconvenience of waiting an hour for a room.The service man who came to fix the door thought this was all very amusing and we were just silly and didn't know how to open a door. The sheets didn't fit the bed and the doona didn't have a cover, just a smaller top sheet under it and a smaller sheet on top of the doona.The wine fridge didn't work, the cord was cut on the back of it.The website said the hotel had room service but when we called to enquire about it we were told there's no room service

Location, clean and comfortable

Can tidy room finishes simply, as room is good and could just be finished better for minimal cost, eg cable management, no hand towel, no milk or teaspoons, no facial tissues.

Had a wonderful stay at Swan River Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the river views were beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Great location and peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
