Bed - so comfy and it was very clean.

Staff member at the front counter was a bit rude/short. Sorry, I don't remember her name. There was quite a queue of people at the front counter and it took a bit of time to get checked in. I also don't like that you have to walk down to another location for breakfast.

Great check in service, room was clean and facilities are superb.

The showers are a bit small / tight

The staff were polite and very helpful. The room service was enjoyed by all of us.

The rooms were a little cramped for a travelling family. They would be better suited for single travellers or couples.

Bed was comfy, room was lovely and dark through the morning, and didnt hear other noises as we slept in.

The bathroom shower bath wasnt great.

Location and easy access

Service culture. Simple request for some bowls and spoons to be sent to the room were going to be charged at $7. Ridiculous. 6 phone calls later to finally get someone to bring them up for nothing. Simple question about getting filtered water met with a sarcastic comment from staff. When paying that much for a room you expect courteous service aiming to make a customers stay better not acting like everything is a privilege.

Not as comfortable or updated as other Crown hotels. Shower over the bath despite not seeing that/booking that room type. Pool was small but nice, tiles were quite slippery upon entering the water. Food options for breakfast very expensive.

Very comfortable bed and very quiet room.Staff were very attentive and helpful and lovely. Our family was housed in rooms all close to each other.

I liked it all

It was okay. It's the least fancy of the three hotels connected to the casino. The view was the driveway. There was nothing remarkable about it at all.

It served it's purpose as a place to sleep and shower before going to work the next day. Definitely not worth the $500/night I paid. Especially after learning that people staying in the Metropol, also connected to the casino (and a much nicer hotel) were only paying $250. I feel a little ripped off.

The price of everything $75 to park your car $35 for a burger plus $ 7 for room service to bring it up, the place is a rort.

Great central location for our needs.

Due to 3rd party booking platform incorrectly referencing my parents name incorrectly, there was a delay/confusion in the check in process and I had to be on the phone to discuss this in great detail.
