Convenience, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were excellentRoom was nice and clean.On this occasion we didn't have breakfast but our last stay at Ingot was great. Food was good

Good hotel sized room. Pool & spa finished off the day nicely. Dinner was great & not over priced. Included a shuttle van to the airport which was a bonus.

The location, staff are very good and easy to talk to.

I lacked bassoon slippers and tooth brush /tooth paste. Comb,shower rob .this things should be provided for travellers.

The hotel and our room was super clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would suggest to any friends or family to stay here!

Not enough parking

everything in room great..power points in good places..ie near mirror..plenty vanity space in bathroom modern clean and nice large windows

Good parking in a gated parking lot. Very comfortable bed. Spacious and comfortable room. Very good breakfast.

It was close to airport!

The free shuttle service from airport. The property is 5 mins drive from airport; following instructions I called as soon as I had my luggage to be collected! I waited 45 minutes for the hotel bus to arrive. I could have caught a taxi & been at the hotel in less than ten mins IF the operators had told me it was a 45 min wait for transport (information they did not share even after 2 follow up calls, saying it was on the way)!!! Very very frustrating & annoying.

It’s clean,very comfortable & the rooms are very spacious.The bed was amazing.

It was nice and close to where we were wanting to be for that weekend and our event

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and there was some sort of knocking noise like something was hitting the windiw every half hour which keep us up most the night

Great room awesome bed and pillows lovely abd spacious awesome bathroom. Great room service ide and buffet breaky. Coffee was spot on also

the room is designed for people with disabilities so we found the layout and facilities a bit awkward. We booked a king deluxe room.

This is a large, new hotel located near the airport. The room was very clean and had a fresh, well-kept feel. We also felt reassured that there was gated parking available. The staff member at reception explained everything very clearly at check-in.The water pressure in the shower was excellent and very refreshing. We also enjoyed the pool, which was comfortable and relaxing. Although we stayed two nights, we booked an extra night so we could use the room until our late-night flight, which allowed us to leave in a relaxed way. Housekeeping after the first night also made our stay very comfortable.

The spa was very cool, lukewarm at best. The bed was quite hard.

It was close to the airport and had a complementary shuttle bus.

The bed was uncomfortable and the underneath sheet wasn’t tight. There was a sticky cup ring on the bedside table. But the bathroom was clean and hygienic.
