Clean, tidy and new.

When I put the card in the holder to power the lights, the air-conditioning stops working. When I took the card out of the holder, the lights go out as they should but then the air-conditioning unit starts working. I only realised this as I was leaving the room, so I had a poor night's sleep without air-conditioning.

It was clean , close to CBD Quiet of a night for sleeping. Reception staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast was all that you could want and the bar staff were very friendly and polite. Overall, I would recommend it and I’ll be staying there again

Location and the room

Rooms were not cleaned everyday, cleaning staff seemed slow and disinterested. Also food could have been better quality. Food trays were left outside of rooms for a very long time.

There was a slight smell to the room when we first arrived but nothing major. Parking wasnt at the hotel but thats completely understandable, and it only cost us $10 for 24hours parking in the Wilson carpark

The central location was good and it was easy to access public transport and shopping areas. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good and the king bed was very comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was disappointing. The layout was rather hap-hazard and very spread out. For example, the condiments such as ketchup and bbq sauce were located in the area with the fruit and cereals, whereas the croissants and pastries were located amongst the hot foods. It would be logical to have these two locations swapped. The butter, jam, marmalade etc was stored in what looked like utensil containers which seemed rather unhygienic. I understand the hotel wanting to be environmentally conscious by cutting down on unnecessary packaging, but the single portion packs found in every other hotel are, imho, much better! The bacon was really unpleasant! It had a tough rubbery texture and the fat was a very unappetising yellow colour. Given that the other meat option was chicken sausages, we had to settle for scrambled eggs on toast! All in all very disappointing and not a good value breakfast.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and space in the room. Located in the central of the city. Access with shops and close restaurants.

As a single female travelling this location was ideal. Close to the city centre, easy to walk to public transport or get an uber. Food was lovely and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Hotel pool shaded all day but then with beautiful beaches close by who cares !!!

They let us check-in early with out asking additional payment and they have granted our simple request even if it was late notice which was to prepare something for our birthday celebrant. They prepared a plated cake with a greeting card in our room. We'd really appreciate their effort. The Buffet breakfast was superb heaps of option mix of western and Asian breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

There is no parking lot in the hotel so, we need to find a paid parking lot nearby. However, one of their staff helped us to find a near one which is only a walking distance to the hotel.

Great location with 24 hour parking very close by. The welcome at the door was wonderful and we appreciated the water area to replenish bottles. Very clean and very welcoming.

We were given a room accessible for my needs due to a work injury. Our bathroom had a special seat so I could shower comfortably, and a larger bed for my comfort needs . Also had room service, the bring into our room due to my injury. We were also given a comfortable check in, due to my husband driving us from Busselton, as we had special drs appointments in Perth the following morning, they also gave us a free late check out. And valet parking Thank you very much.

Couldn't watch regular free to air TV and rang reception but they didn't know how to access it either. It should have been available according to the main menu on the TV but nothing would come up on the guide. We tried to cast our phones TV apps to the TV but you needed to download a different app to do it. All too complicated when we just wanted to watch some winter Olympics before bed

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was outstanding. As I was staying there to attend an international conference, I also needed to work in my room. Thanks to the prompt housekeeping service, the room was always well prepared, allowing me to return at midday and work comfortably without any inconvenience.

There were no particular issues.

No exhaust in the bathroom (even if there was it sure wasnt working), mattress wasnt comfortable for the back, telephone wasnt working either.

Reception staff were most helpful and we were able to have an earlier check in which was incredibly helpful for our 1 night stay. Embraced the use of the fitness centre/pool and sauna/steam room. Hotel was in a prime situation. Beds were very comfortable.

Disappointed that the sauna and steam rooms weren’t available for mixed use. A break for my husband, son and I and we had to go in seperate ones. And there was no one else l in either of the rooms at any times! Had brekkie at 9am and some of the cooked brekkie was only just warm..not hot. Warmed plates may help..Expensive for 1 night- $528 due to Fringe show I believe.

the bed leg broke just from sitting down on a bed, it was fixed though. There were no black out curtains and there were LED lights as part of decor right outside our window which kept us up due to how bright it was
