Loved the room and was very nice to receive a free room upgrade for our anniversary.

No pool bar on a Sunday and if you want to order to the pool you have to pay a $7 fee for each time you order.

Check-in was fast and smooth. The pool area was great with very friendly staff working at the bar.

Rooms were beautifully appointed, great view and location. We had the ala carte breakfast which was really delicious. Loved the decor in the restaurant. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional.

Breakfast was very very nice there was a wide range of food options. The pool was incredible with the “private seating near the back. With the massive pool. The rooms were amazing as the bed were so comfortable.

As soon as we turned the air conditioning off the was a high pitched ringing sound from the door, we figured it had to do with us turning off the air conditioning and the door having gaps.

Lovely shower facilities and pool.

My room was unfortunately quite dirty with stains on the bed sheets, a creamy substance on the table and the bathroom had not been cleaned adequately. The double bed is certainly not suitable for two adults.

Luxe, spacious room. Great view, easy location. Very helpful staff. Even allowed us to check in early.

Rooms clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful, walking distance to everything you need.

Not much around the hotel, very quiet area.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good quality, linen and pillows etc. Spacious bathrooms with excellent facilities and cosmetics to save carrying for travel.

Staff were extremely helpful at check in and also very quickly swapped our room due to a mechanical problem with the curtains. Offered staff assistance to move our bags. A family member forgot a tooth brush and a complimentary one was at the room in minutes! Very helpful

Location, food, room size, staff

No knob on door to toilet. Pillows too soft. City view was not of the city but overlooking the Burswood side of the city.No drinks or snacks in the room (water bottles were provided).

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The acoustics are great you really don’t hear other rooms, outside or the corridors. Location is super central and has plenty of amenities around it

The breakfast hall is very loud and busy. Feels more like a train station despite the very good breakfast offering. The room amenities are lacking. Empty mini bar, minimal bathroom toiletries no welcome gift or note or fruit or any attention. The gym lacks a lot of equipment
