The location

Staff were super nice

I loved the location, the size of the rooms and the conveniences of surrounding outlets and times they were accessable. The staff were super easy to communicate with and access to our unit was fantastic.

What could have been better not much really, I did find the pricing for our 1 night stay a little on the expensive side as we had a room that didn't really have a great view for premium pricing. The venue is a little difficult to get to if driving and the set down parking can be difficult as it is used by privellaged people using it for their own convenience parking which is out of the Adina's control. It is also a little difficult to get to because of the day time traffic in the inner city and the onsite parking is limited but there is private paid parking for overnight and not far to walk to and from, at a reasonable price.

A little tired for the price, location is very run down and rough outside. Swimming pool is cold with not enough sun loungers. Address is hard to find

Good location.spacious and well stocked. Everything you needed. Close to the train station and to walk to city centre. Friendly staff who were happy to help.

Aircon was in the lounge only a fan in the room Had to sleep with the door open otherwise room was too stuffy.

The apartment furniture outdated and not very comfortable but on flip side it's a good value for money stay

The Adina was roomy, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is especially convenient - close to the main railway station and almost across the road from the Murray St Shopping Mall. it was within easy walking distance of Elizabeth Quay and the gardens and parkland along the river front.The Adina staff were friendly and helpful

Spacious guest room with comfortable beds, easy-to-control AC, and a nice glass shower. The front desk was responsive and hotel provided guest security. Darwin City is very walkable and the location is great!All tour companies picked up at this hotel.

The drain in the bathroom sink was slow (It was reported but not repaired during the stay) and there was a bit of mildew evident in the bathroom tile grout.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years. Hotel was always clean and unfortunately this time aircon had black mould through it same as extraction fan. Furniture on balcony was old and breaking.

Close to trains. Spacious.

Old carpet. Smelly carpet. Sponge used. No washing detergent.

Very sterile. Now pictures or artwork on the wall. Not enough comfortable couch seating for 4 people.

The balcony looked onto the tin roof of the floor/building below. It was disgustingly dirty: filthy china bowl, cigarette buts, cigarette lighters, lots of brown "stuff" hate to think what that was. General rubbish thrown there. Had to come from previous guests of room 20 or from rooms above. I have stayed there lots of times and have never had such a horrible view.

Location near train w line to airport, spacious room, needed the washer dryer microwave for a comfortable stay and lightweight travel

Not overly clean. Corridors seemed dirty and clientele seemed sketchy. Didn’t overly feel safe.

Without question this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The place can be best summarised by the large pile of excrement that was in the hotel entry for the entire weekend we stayed. Completely over valued. 2star would be generous.... Clearly paid off someone.We had to move after the first night due to mould and general stench. The second room was barely better. Carpet is thread bare and rooms generally filthy you almost need to spend a day cleaning just to feel comfortable.I will never stay in any Adina hotel again
