    Pros +

    • Very nice property and great value... Public transit located across the street offered convenient service to airport and downtown.
    • The pool, room size, location and privacy
    • Close to the Perth Casino but without the huge price tag of the hotels on site at the Burswood. Just a 15 minute drive down the road to the Casino.

    Cons -

    • The manager is corrupt, unhelpful, rude and charged me 150$ upon departure for not vacuuming. The house keeping staff were shocked. This was over the Christmas period when the hotel was operating with skeleton staff and regularServicing was not on offer.
    • entry was difficult to find, no parking because of construction work, place was tired and run down
    • Rooms need attention, floor coverings , painting etc

Not very good never stay again

Unfortunately our stay wasn't good the roomed smelled the air con didn't work and the TV didn't work.

    5HiediPosted on: 5-1-2025

    Will not stay there again.

After hours check in was difficult. I'd tried to pre-arrange but they wouldn't allow it, so I had to wait on hold for at least 10 minutes, outside by myself - not acceptable for a solo female traveller - to get the code for the key box. I had to give my CC and licence details over the phone out in public also. Once inside the place smelled musty and the batherooms were not properly clean.

It was an easy check in process

The lack of cleanliness of the room and how old it all looked

    1TePosted on: 4-25-2025

It was close to the airport and different places to eat.

The receptionist tried charging me a $400 bond which I am okay with, but when I asked for bond confirmation agreement form to say I have paid a bond ect she said she would get her manager who then came down and argued with me around the bond as I told him it needs to be disclosed at the time of booking. I was aware that it would be $200 not $400 then he tried telling me that if I pay cash it will be $200 after 30 minutes of back and forth I paid it and sign some form he had on the desk He kindly suggested to the receptionist to upgrade me but they had no availability so it wasn’t the best start to my stay.I got to the room it spelt like an Indian spice market, the bed was hard as rock, it only had 2 pillows and a throw blanket in between 2 sheets for a doona cover. ( it didn't even have a proper blanket) I honestly couldn’t be bothered arguing with them again so I just sucked it up for the time I was there.

    Location was great

The back sliding door needs work on the lock. Main bathroom tiles need replacing.

    6SoliaPosted on: 4-18-2025

The beds were comfy and shower was awesome.

Stairs, After-Hours Box, Mosquito - when you've got lots of luggage, not easy. Getting the key when there's no one at reception was not easy. And there was a mosquito in the room we had to chase out.

Smelt of strong cleaning g products. Water from the wet shower floor runs onto carpet, the whole floor gets wet and slippery

    4XinrongPosted on: 4-14-2025

The overall facilities are quite outdated. There are three floors, but there is no elevator. It’s best to pray you’re assigned to the ground floor; otherwise, if your luggage is heavy, carrying it up the stairs can be a very painful experience. The washing machine is extremely old, topload machine looks like from 20 years ago, dirty and worn out. The clothes are not even properly spun dry. The dryer is also unusable. I can’t understand why, when a washing machine costs hundreds of dollars, they don’t replace it. One day, while using the stove, it suddenly made a terrifying explosion-like sound, and the circuit breaker tripped. It really scared me.

Beds comfortable, location airport convenient. Good for parking, room basic. MacDonalds next door which was good. Property dated and felt unclean . Sign saying do not put kettle and oven on together as could set smoke alarm off and there was a $920 charge if this happened. Had a few centerpieds in the flat .

We stayed here for one night after a long journey from South Korea toSingapore and finally to Perth, before continuing our trip home toBusselton. We arrived around 1am completely exhausted and just neededa comfortable, hassle-free place to rest. Unfortunately, that’s notwhat we got. When we called the after-hours number to check in, wewere told our room was on the second floor. That’s fine in general, but when I asked if there was a lift, the representative said no. Wehad two large suitcases (around 25kg each) and two smaller bags(~7kg), and had to carry them all up a flight of stairs ourselves –after 24+ hours of travel! My husband and I managed, but I can’timagine how someone older or less mobile would cope. There reallyshould be a system to identify guest needs and allocate ground-floorrooms when necessary. Once we finally got to the room, there was nobottled water provided. After such a long day, even just two bottlesof water would have been appreciated – I don’t think that’s asking toomuch. There was also a letter with our key mentioning "continentalbreakfast," but when I called reception in the morning, I was toldthere was no bottled water and that the breakfast was not availablefor us – only for corporate guests. This should have been clearlystated in the letter to avoid confusion and disappointment. To top itoff, the bed was very uncomfortable – it was two singles pushedtogether to make a double, and the gap between them was verynoticeable. We paid $157 for the night, and I honestly regret it. Theexperience was underwhelming and frustrating, especially compared toother places we’ve stayed near the airport. I won’t be staying hereagain or recommending it to anyone.

MOULD & COCKROACHES. DO NOT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASWELL

There was mould and soap scum all through the shower, microwave stunk and was filthy, claims soundproof but absolutely isn’t, beds were extremely uncomfortable and sheets were itchy, air con didn’t work, room wasn’t very dark with lights off, customer service was TERRIBLE, and room had cockroaches. Disgusting. Do not waste your money here. Hostels are better.

We like the apartment we were in. We liked the proximity to the airport (10 min drive). It was within walking distance of lots of eateries.

Paid extra for a twin bed room and got only a double bed. No extra clean bed linen. Staff were unhelpful when I raised it.
