Majestic Minima Hotel is located on cosmopolitan Melbourne Street in the heart of North Adelaide. Our compact studio rooms have been uniquely designed and themed by a selection of South Australian artists. Majestic Minima Hotel Adelaide offers rooms with a king-size bed, a desk and a 32-inch LCD TV with 4 cable channels. Each includes an ultra-modern bathroom. There is security card access all guest floors, and parking and laundry facilities are available. Guests are welcome to relax on the shared terrace overlooking Melbourne Street and North Adelaide. There are several restaurants, bars and shops within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. It is within 20 minutes’ walk of Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide Oval and the Botanic Gardens. It is 5 minutes' drive from Adelaide's city center.

Please inform Majestic Minima Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Majestic Minima Hotel does not have reception staff. For check-in, please make your way to the Majestic Old Lion Apartments at 9 Jerningham Street, North Adelaide. Reception hours are 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, and we guarantee check-in from 2.00 pm. Please let us know if you are arriving after 9.00 pm. Parking is available at Majestic Minima Hotel in our secure on-site car park at $15 per night. We recommend booking in advance as spaces are limited.

- The location was perfect and the rooms were cosy and quirky!
Cons -
- The registration process was convoluted with a ?virtual? receptionist. I didn?t have wifi so had to ask a fellow traveller who kindly assisted me. It was midnight and stressful. Please just put a receptionist on site or simplify the virtual process.
- Its a motel, very small room and small bathroom and if you look under desk you will find nothing is clean. Just basic motel stuff shower gel , shampoo. Thats it. It is better to pay $30 more and live in proper hotel
- Rooms are small, but have everything you need, so not a negative.
