Coffs Shearwater Motel

Manager was very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Entry and exit to the property easy

Car parking is very tight, particularly for larger vehicles such as SUV's. Not much could be done to improve it as insufficient area to expand. Took a few minutes for hot water to run at temperature. Wasted a lot of water before it ran hot.Bathroom was a little bit cramped, but, functional.

Location, staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfy room. Close to shops.

Motel needs some TLC.

Nothing. The room was not available.

No room. Had to go to another motel and ask for a refund. Very poor.

The location, staff really friendly.

Bit dirty bed base sides and sheets. Bed expected for motel to crash, no more than 1 night here though.

An old style motel but very clean and comfortable. Great staff

That my stay was too short.

Easy to get to off highwayParking for large vehicleClean quiet

There was microwave, plates & toaster

Just felt as if power points may need to be looked at

Refurbished bathroom

Bedhead needs replacing badly curtains to hide a lot of damage

It’s a handy location

A bit of maintenance needed in bathroom. Shower water goes out on the floor

Room a little dated but quite comfortable.

Water pressure not that great and hot water not that hot

Location

beds were hard, had no sink in the kitchenette and the room had a bad musty smell, was way over priced

Location is great, near to shops and center. Beach is just a few minutes drive

The sheets and towels were lovely and clean. The room had a fridge and plenty of coffee and tea. Shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable. Air con and fan available.

Some of the pumps of product in the shower were empty. A bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice.

Very clean

I didn't like when I first got there I needed early check in due to travelling and really tired and needing a rest and they tried down grading my room that was over $100 difference

Quick check in - good size room for a 3 star

Only 1 side table would have preferred this to a small dining table as there was a bench to eat at.

Parking just at your room door.Lights are good inside.Big kitchen slab inside room near fridge and cutlery.Toiletries are good including-Hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream , body lotion..

Very small toilet and bathroom area , Cockroaches found near wall and underneath single bed. They might have not cleaned that side for long.

Clean, easy to find, comfortable.
