Rosebourne Gardens Motel

Nice spacious room and comfortable

Unfortunately I found fake eyelashes in the bathroom.

The Rosebourne has become our 'go to' motel when visiting friends in the Woolgoolga area due to its location and comfort. It's quiet despite being on the fairly busy 'old' highway, and the rooms are well presented and appointed. The bathrooms (especially the showers) are particularly good. On this occasion, the price for our night's stay was also very reasonable - something I've listed as a 'dislike' in past reviews of this venue.

There's nothing to note, really - this motel well delivers to the market and need we think it is looking to serve. We're more than happy to keep staying here.

Large clean room, great shower, comfortable bed. Very quick & courteous check-in, easy access & parking, simple drop the key in the box departure. The room was very quiet, heard nothing all night. I've stayed here about 4 years ago and it's a comfortable stay on a long trip.

Very comfortable and clean motel with warm, friendly staff. Opposite Woolworths and just up the road (200mtrs) from United fuel including Pieface. Dinner and breakfast sorted.

This motel is not up to the standard we would expect for the price charged.

Entrance door jammed and then opened during the night. Air conditioner difficult to manage and was turned off during the night leaving the room very hot with no cross ventilation.

Have stayed here a few times over the years, its a great motel in a great location. Walking distance to a great pub. Bed was comfortable and facilities perfect.

Our only very minor comment is that the sink plug was stuck in the closed position and we couldn’t empty the sink after using it. The water did drain eventually.

Very comfortable stay with lovely hosts.. went out of their way to accommodate us including small dog.. welcome treats for fur baby and us. Exceptionally clean well appointed Double room. Very comfy bed- bathroom lovely with toiletries and soft towels. Air conditioning. Sam & team looked after us very kindly. Thankyou ☺️

Convinced location to Woolworth and the pub as well.Wifi is good enough.

Excellent location, just in front of of supermarket and ia side of intercity bus stop. Accommodation essential but ok. Excellent wifi signal.

Sam always looks after us and allows us a slightly early check in if possible. It is an older style motel but exceptionally clean, and is well set up if you wish to prepare your own breakfast—unusual to find these days.It is good value for money.

Bathroom was clean and modern and bed was comfortable.

The room was old and smelt like someone had been smoking in it. The sheets had stains on them. Air-conditioning was noisy and so were the people in the room next door.

The place was clean and dog friendly i didn’t know that when i booked, the amenities were great and staff were very helpful. There is a Woolworths and bws across the road from the hotel which is very convenient.

The pool hours were silly 9am to 7 pm i think, i would like to go for a swim earlier than 9am. The toilet seat didn’t stay up when in the toilet. The tv uses apps to watch tv so remember your passwords even for free to air tv. The doona cover and foot runner were dirty i showed the cleaner she said it would be washed i never saw it again i thought it would be washed that day and returned that afternoon/night or replaced straight away.

Great as usual. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Very homey feel very comfortable close to everything. Workspace desk for work nerds like me. Woolies across the road. Easy to get back in the road straight to highway. Big rooms. Highly recommended.
