Quality Inn City Centre

Great location.

We often stay here when we are travelling through coffs, nice hotel a short walk away for dinner

Face washers in the room would be nice

The room was clean and nice

Unfortunately the traffic noise was annoying but it was expected

Well kept - nice and clean. Staff was courteous.Had everything we needed.

Bins through out the property would have been appreciated.

Shower was terrible blocked sink in hand basin in bathroom couldn’t make ice cubes the tray is perished the tv turned on but that was it no channels had to turn off at wall .And in the room with the 2 single beds there were little green spiders through the both beds

Good location, room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Staff were friendly.

Price was high, wanted to stay 2 nights in Coffs Harbour, but could only afford one night.

A very nice quality room at a reasonable price and handy to the township.

False advertising of a Restaurant on email booking. False advertising on entry to motel sign advising Restaurant/Bar.Breakfast available but only continental. Advised staff had we known we could not get Dinner we would not have stayed.But prepaid and no refund available.Room, this property is so tight, they could not even provide a biscuit. No fresh milk in rooms. Had to go to reception to ask.No cover on freezer in the fridge and empty ice container. At nearly $300 dollars a night guests deserves more. We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay including dinner. Management needs to remember service is the most important part of Moteling.Not just the bottom line of costings. We have just finisher 33 years of owning and running nine Motels, so not happy to have to write such a review.

Good location

The room & bathroom look like a cheap rental apartment. And the furniture looks like they're bought in FB marketplace. Not very impressed, and the aircon in the room was super loud. I'm honestly a bit surprised, the rating of this hotel was good & the price was high. But the quality was very poor for what I paid. Very underwhelming..

The hotel room was fine, had everything we needed.

The air conditioning had a strong damp smell even in fan mode so made the entire room smell. Once it was off the room was fine.Main bed was broken so completely sunken.

Was pleasant

Staff telling me there were no USB facilities for charging phones in the room, so I went to Kmart to buy an adapter, then I find when I got to my room, there was a wireless charger and about half a dozen USB inputs for charging.

Bed was very comfortable .

The restaurant was closed. There was no cleaning and there was a note in the room saying if you opted out of cleaning there was $10 a day you could spend in the restaurant that was closed.

Location was great. The room type we had was very spacious. Everything felt clean. I think we were in the next part of the hotel. Would stay here again

A little expensive for the long weekend

Bed was good, lounge pretty good. Room and bathroom were clean but there was a slight smell of urine in the no doubt 'old' bathroom.
