The room was comfortable and warm

Everything worked but the whole place is old, like really old probably built in the 1980s or 1990s and no renovation since.

Car park right outside the room, restaurant located just around the corner, food was yummy.

Location and efficiency of the staff accommodating late arrivals.

The room was a bit worn out

clean and tidy, good size room with lots of parking.

Fridge in the room froze everything.

Smokers right outside our window in the middle of the night with smoke coming in to our room.

Great location and room, excellent in every way

Teeny, tiny bath towels were the only thing that marred a perfect score. That would be a simple and cheap investment for the hotel to bring it up to first class all round...

Convenient on highway, but away from shops or hotels. Clean old style rooms with basic amenities but functional.

On main Pacific Highway so will get truck noise in front rooms.

Great location accessible from the highway and set back enough to be quiet at night.

Just some minor points like an old toilet seat, might need replacing. Doors could be painted.

Great value for money. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. On site restaurant (independent of motel) serves good meals at reasonable cost.

Disappointed because there was no milk to make a coffee, staff said they ran out, probably should of restocked

Swimming pool, Staff and bedding.

Bed was good , plenty of places for luggage.

Cockroach in the room , we see them all the time around our property so not a scary thing for us but inside is unusual . Room price was overpriced compared to all other places we stay .

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable

facilities are old, small shower alcove with a shower curtain.The WiFi password was wrong in the compendium, we eventually found the correct one on the inside of the door (by accident) as we were leaving to get some dinner.I know it was raining & it was getting late, but the sign on the door gave the opening hours & we arrived within that timeframe. We had no notification that the office would be closed, although they send a code to use should we arrive after hours. In the morning, same thing, no-one in the office & we left after opening time. It didn't make us feel very welcome, sadly.

Perfact location with family friendly environment, staff is good and clean rooms and facility

Everything was good. We arrived late but check in was smooth. Room was nice and clean.

There was no sponge for dishwashing only soap.

Awesome customer service n a free upgrade by Lin for us n our 7 yr old son??. Thank you very much. Nice n comfortable far away from the noise on the highway is awesome???

Location was great . When we arrived we were upgraded to a lovely apartment. Huge comfy bed with all the comforts of home. Great shower great amenities. Quiet room up the back of motel so no road noise. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

No fresh milk and no biscuits.

Very Hard Uncomfortable Bed.Plus there was a big wasp in the bathroom.Stains on Carpet & Soooo Old & outdated.Bathroom is Still in the 70’s & such an old rusted cooktop in ‘kitchenette’ better off with None.
