The toilet seat was broken. Overall room needed updating.

The grounds are quite beautiful

There was not enough water pressure to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of our hair.

Had one of the rooms that weren’t renovated and shown in the listing when we came to booking the room. Besides that everything was great

Pools, golf, grass area, restaurant and sports and the beach access.

Had a negative encounter with an older male in the golf shop, made my kids feel uncomfortable. Also, we were placed in 3 rooms spread across the large property, took a long time to walk between and our room had no lift access, had to lung 3 suitcases plus up four flights of stairs.

Such a comfortable bed.

Not knowing about the path option to our room, we kept going up and down stairs unnecessarily. Also the laundry machines were pretty expensive

Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you needed to go to town it took only a few minutes. The facilities offered looked amazing. Staff super friendly

The exterior of the property looked lovely.

The room was very old, bed looked like it belonged in the sixty’s and the bathroom needs a serious update.

Room, Bed, lifts, Bathroom, Location, Cleanliness and Price were great!

Didn't like the Weather. it rained the while time lollimited undercover parking

The location was fantastic, central to all the holiday activities. The amenities were clean and in good working order. The pool was large and clean.

The fold out bed the kids slept on wasn't very comfortable but the bed was comfortable.

Beds were comfy and it was clean.

Parking is bad…. Bad enough to make me not want to stay again. I had to park at the bottom of the hill, it was pouring rain then had to drag all my luggage to the car at the end of our stay.

Everything was excellent, the resort was one of the best we have stayed in. Golf course par 3s only and a super layout. Tennis if that's your game. Great walking tracks . Beach very close, food was great and reasonable prices.

Lots of stairs to our executive room, but we treated that as exercise.

Extremely dated, hasn’t had any Renovations since the 90sRooms were so bright and let so much light in, made it has to keep baby asleep at night.

The external AC box was all rusted and a health hazard, especially with a child. The vanity and shower taps wouldn’t stop dripping so in the night you could hear it whilst trying to sleep. No ironing board.

Lovely surroundings everything in walkable distance, very quiet

It’s a maze when trying to locate my room. Huge property with excellent landscape & surrounding though

Booked 11 rooms but the rooms offered got scattered around 3 buildings, few close to each other. Only one bin in the lounge. No room service the second day. Request to change from double bed to twin beds the second day of stay demands a fee. Trouble to locate the rooms especially for seniors. The property is a maze.

The staff, the gardens & outlook of the property.The restaurant onsite is excellent, no exception.The onsite nine hole golf course is a great plus for the property.

The units require an upgrade, at least the one we stayed in.This property could easily be a five star complex.The family pool requires none slip tiles around the pool & the steps, I saw a lady take a bad fall on a day that I was there.

Terrace Pool was close.

I wasn't a fan of the many hills and stairs climbed to get to the room.
