Cheap

When someone in another room would shower at 1 am would be so loud can hear it in the room an shower had a lot of diy jobs

is what it is!. cheap but average but others in coffs harbour are not much better an will charge $80 more

Very old bathroom. Small and annnoying design with the shower layout on the diagonal- triangle shape area for showering.

I had to wait over an hour for my confirmation to get to the Hotel, I had to sit in reception and wait. Not happy

The air conditioner was very noisy

The bed was comfy

It's so old and run down. Paint is chipped everywhere, just scruffy!! There is NO storage in the rooms, the bed frame was utilised a wardrobe too with hangers just placed on the frame. Not even a bedside table to store some items. The bathrooms were horrendous and you flood the bathroom when showering.

The parking was good

When you showed the entire floor got wet. This is so dangerous and should not be allowed for a safety reason. The place felt damp . Pub next door had loud music till 2:00 am . It’s just a room

Bed was reasonable and shower was hot

No ability to hang up anything - no wardrobe or even a hook. Leaking toilet and couldn't turn off tap in the bathroom. Air conditioning unit dripped all night. Pub next door ran disco till 1am and no soundproofing on the windows to mitigate. No teaspoons for the tea/coffee facilities. Not even a side table for the bed, just a small stool.

Quite noisy outside at times.The water filling the toilet cistern didn’t turn off properly and made a noise.

The room we stayed in could do with a bit of a paint job. Thankfully we had a room that had its own fridge, and I do believe that every room should have one. Even though the room was old, it did not ruin our stay. The staff (T) was great. I have heard that other Ibis Budget are charging for parking on site. This should never be the case. I'm glad Ibis Coffs did not charge for parking.

The only think I could say is that the room was a bit old, There was rust on the bathroom door. Otherwise I have nothing really bad to say about the Ibis Coffs H.

I was assigned a comfortable "family room" on the 2nd floor. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. There is an adjacent hotel serving lunch and dinner. The "Big Banana" tourist attraction in Coffs Harbour has expanded into a mini theme park, with a water park, rides, escape room and many others. The National Comic Museum and Holden Museum were a real surprise!

There were no lifts; carrying heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs was not easy (despite the motivational posters telling you how good this was for you!),

Main part of the room was newly refurbished and had everything you need.

Good place to stop on drive from Brisbane to Sydney. Easy to arrange late arrival.

Dated, position( not close to any beach).

Friendly staff, quite conveniently located, breakfast was basic but very fresh.

Very tight rooms with minimal furnitures, no shelves or benchtops to use which was quite inconvenient.

The staff are suitable and show good customer service skills.

Sleeping in the car would’ve been more comfortable than the bed, extremely hard and only one terrible pillow provided for each person. The bunk bed is a hazard the way it hangs low over the double bed, hit our heads on the corner. The bathroom is a wet bathroom and the drain sits at a high point so water just sits, no fan in bathroom. Bugs in room. Parts of the ceiling in the walk way falling apart, windows stuck open.I have stayed at many ibus/ibus budget and never experienced anything this low of a standard.

Easy down town access and parking

Couldn't get an extra pillow. Not a deal breaker. Next time I will bring an extra myself. Basic room but that's all we needed. Great value.
