    Pros +

    • I only stayed for the night and a place to rest my head, so nothing comes to mind for things I liked.
    • It was available when needed and much of Coffs Harbour seemed to be booked out
    • Great spot to break our road trip from Sydney to the Gold Coast.

    Cons -

    • Would have expected to have.lifts to reach 3rd level floors in a resort of this caliber. Especially carrying heavy bags
    • Room: The rooms are very dated and feel rundown. The beds were uncomfortable, and overall, the room felt tired and in need of refurbishment.Bathroom: The bathroom left a lot to be desired, with visible mould and very poor water pressure in the shower. Cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.Overall, the property feels neglected and in need of significant updates to meet an acceptable standard.
    • Very dated room and fittings. Bar fridge rattled all night and car park was full of potholes that filled with rainwater. Restaurant was unavailable and the closest Cafe or restaurant was a 10 - 15 minute drive.

Great spot to break our road trip from Sydney to the Gold Coast.

Dinner was ordinary. It was nice to sit ouside, but the food choices were limited and I chose the pulled beef burger which was huge but a little rasteless.

Everything all in one place. Very helpful staff.

Only stayed overnight so didn’t use all the facilities. Parking wasn’t allocated so it was really hot and forced to park in the sun.

The layout of the property, beautiful surroundings the trees, waterways.Everything within walking distance.

Underground car park, car spaces were a little tight for parking. Few people commented on this they had difficulty in parking.

The food at the restaurant was great.

The room that I booked was supposed to have a view of the golf course or grounds according to all the photos in the room description and I was looking at the back of another concrete building. Very un special for my wife as a Valentines surprise. Not impressed. Especially for the price.

Location: short trip for meals & shopsFriendliness/Helpfulness/Cleanliness: of Coffs Harbour service industry staffRepeat no hassle stay at Pacific Bay

Old not really "executive" status. My husband reckons better signage.I don't like:No microwave or toasterFridge warming on outside (with tiny freezer that only takes 1 freezer block) is under sm kitchen bench with doors, that would normally house a toaster plates etc.Would like plastic shower cap.Late check in time of 3pm, not much daytime left to enjoy a resort. Thank you staff for accommodating our needs there re a hospital visit.

We only stayed one night. But from what we saw the grounds of the resort were beautiful and well maintained. There were pools and playgrounds for the kids and if you were a golfer I'm sure you'd be in heaven. We got take-away service from the Bayside Bar and Grill to eat in our room (we were super tired and just wanted to kick back in our room). The restaurant was beautiful and the staff were bending over backwards to get us our meals and a few bottles of wine. The location is super close to the Coffs Harbour CBD. We were without a car so relying on Taxis. On checkout the staff contacted a cab for us which arrived in under 10 minutes. Happily stay there again next time on Coffs.

We had a penthouse room. The view was outstanding, and the facilities and size of the penthouse are excellent. We were very happy so not really any complaints. But the bathrooms are starting to show a little bit of age for the price you pay.

Easy check in had lots of pools direct beach access restaurant

Our room had a roof top spa which was great but it had a spiral stair case which was a bit difficult

Beautiful, green and very nicely maintained.

Bathroom shower was old and dingy. Mini fridge was noisy and aircon didn’t cool. Bed was sinking from one end.

    Location and the surrounding grounds.

The shower taps were loose. The shower head was cheap and nasty.

    10VeronicaPosted on: 2-2-2026

The pools and gardens are lovely. Having a restaurant on site was a bonus. Being able to walk to the beach was fabulous.

Great Location. Close to the Big Banana Fun Park, Near Shopping Centre, Private Beach access.Beautiful view of the green golf course, Pools, playground for kids.

The Executive Apartment we stayed in felt a bit older than we expected. It has a lovely balcony with a beautiful lake view, however the balcony railing had quite a bit of black mould built up for a long time and I had to stop my kid to touch the area. When we first walked into the room, there was an unpleasant smell and we had to open all the doors and windows to air it out. It would be nice if air fresheners or natural essential oils were provided. We also had to constantly wipe down the kitchen area as there were quite a lot of ants, even though we didn’t leave any food out.Other than these issues, the place is lovely and in a great location—perfect for families and kids. Also don’t forget to check out those beautiful Koi fish at the Restaurant. They keep my kid entertained for a while. It just needs a proper refresh to really lift the overall experience.

Lovely grounds , nice pools and in-house bar and grill. Staff were extremely polite and friendly.

Phone signal was intermittent in lower room, but I didn’t mind.

Excellent facilities. Beautiful grounds. Good food and value for money at the restaurant

Room was excellent however the side windows were very dirty covered in cob webs

Position in a beautiful setting just near Charlesworth Bay. The swimming pools are great. Always enjoy the restaurant.

Spa bath with shower you had to climb into. But really it was fine.
