Pacific Towers Beach Resort

7th floor had a good view of the ocean but not the beach. The common areas were updated.

The Main bedroom had no AC or ceiling fan only a portable fan. The bathrooms need updating.

Spaciois rooms and lounge.

2nd bedroom did not have an airconditikmer - just a fan. Kept door open and used lounge aurcin and the bedroom fan.

The staff were extraordinary- there was a mixed up with booking.com and the on-site staff made an alternative plan. They were friendly, efficient and so professional

Spacious, sunlit rooms.

Windows were quite grubby.Bedrooms need air conditioning.

The location is amazing We were on the 11th floor and enjoyed the sea breezes immensely. The views all round whether it be the water or the mountains were just lovely The unit was spacious, easy to locate and right across from the water and close to everything but still peaceful and quiet

Would have been nice to have paper towels in the unit Just easier for cleaning up and or when we ate in the unit

It’s not a resort. You should call it pacific towers beach apartments

Like the location. Pool inflatables were good for kids to engage with.

Everything was fab but i think There should be more pots and pans for a family to cook.

Friendly staff and large well equipped room. We were two couples and had to request a change of apartment as originally we had been allocated one with two single beds in one of the two bedrooms. Simone and Dusk extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The view was amazing as we were on the 12th floor. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and it was very spacious and clean. Parking was available under the building and on the premises at the back.

I like a TV in the bedroom and this particular apartment did not have one.

Air conditioning in the lounge room but not in the bedrooms isn’t great. Especially when it’s advertised as having air conditioning.

Location was great. View was spectacular. Nice, large apartment, perfect for family. Close to everything! Great pool & tennis court. Beach access directly in front of apartments.

For a premium room, it felt a bit dated. Bathrooms were old. King bed would be better in main bedroom. Dryer was very noisy, perhaps look to update. Screen doors onto balcony need to be fixed.

The location was good

This is not really a hotel. It is more an apartment in which you are specifically told to even take the rubbish outside. This is normal and I do not have a problem with this IF I knew from the add that this was not really a hotel but more a building.The view of the apartment was great. The blankets were quite dusty and the carpet on the floor sticky.The bathroom of the main room had no door and the window from the bathroom which had no curtain faces the bed. You definitely do not want the sun on your face when you want to sleep and rest.

Close to beach

The room had a stale smell, needed to be aired out. Windows needed to be cleaned. Very dated. Would recommend showing photos of the actual room we booked on the app as there was photos of another room which looked modern which is a bit misleading.

Spa heat can be increased to keep the warmthness and timings should be increased from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.

Very good location and reasonable price. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The beach is just across the road, though a small drive for a patrolled beach.

The blinds in the apartment were in a state of disrepair. The fly screens were also poorly maintained. The floor upon entry was weird and sticky and it didn't seem to just be a problem of drying out.

It was very clean and convenient to everything we needed.

Just a dripping tap in ensuite that was hard to turn off.

The view from the property and how big the unit was with all the mordern amenities.

Pacific Towers is perfectly located in a quiet area even though in short driving distance to Park Beach or the plaza. Short walks to Peach and Wolf Cafe for coffee, drinks and croissants as well as to the Hoey Moey for meals. The facilities like the swimming pool and tennis court were great.

the room was lovely the view was non existent. The location was great.

The carpark was too small. We were a little disappointed that it called a resort but there was no restaurant/bar facilities, but these were readily available in walking distance.

Unit run down but comfortable. They had hanging space but no coat hangers were supplied
