Beds super comfy, stayed there a few times, great size rooms and always clean

Bathroom roomy and space to put things when showering.Room was large and comfortable.able to park near the door.

Needed to park up from our room as the only exit was right near our door and large cars had a tight squeeze to get out.The skirting areas of the carpet were very dusty.

Clean comfortable, easy check in.Close parking.

Outside hours checkin was well organised, room was clean and comfortable

Leaking sink on bathroom floor, bed too soft but very large. Outside needs attention, balcony covers in bird poo and stairwell was not clean, cigarette ends etc.

Great location. The motel manager was really kind to welcome us and also help us with laundry detergent and some utensils.

For the price we paid, we expected at least basic kitchenware (which said was , included in the post) to be included. However, we saw that the refrigerator (was too small and did not even have a freezer) and just two containers and plates. So that was surely a let down :(

Staff were friendly, we were reasonably comfortable. Over all, it was a very clean well kept motel in a good location.

The shower water pressure was really bad. This could be addressed for a more enjoyable stay for visitors. A good shower is vital. Beds were a bit too soft for me but my partner loved them.

Tidy and large rooms. Spacious modern bathroom, clean towels and linen. Plenty of parking on site and around area. Easy check in/out process. Recommend and great for stop over.

Clean rooms, but floor under the beds were dusty and looks like not cleaned regularly.

The rooms were so comfortable and it was very clean. Great customer service and they were really helpful!

Super comfy beds, pillows and bedding. Ample parking. Walking distance to some bars, brewery and some restaurants. Shaving foam dispenser is inspired.

Need to get an Uber to nicer restaurants and seaside. A little noisy from other guests.

Will never stay here again.

Everything!Arrived at 11pm - was a stop over for us and the last thing we expected was what we got. First, there was no parking, the place was absolutely packed and we had to find street parking. The. we couldn’t find the room because it wasn’t numbered correctly. And then the cherry on the cake!!! A huge cockroach on the side of one of the single beds where my 5 yr old son was expected to sleep!! No thank you!!Ended up sleeping with my kids whilst my husband slept on the other single bed. Couldn’t even sleep with the thought of there being more cockroaches! Didn’t expect this after paying $400 for ONE night!! Also, room was so stuffy when we entered and carpet stank! Last, but not least, the room couldn’t even be locked from the inside! We were on the ground floor next to the road and it felt so unsafe! Booked a family room, pet and smoke free so expected it to be cleaner and more appropriate for families!We’ve stayed at so many motels, some in the middle of nowhere and some old and grubby but this was absolutely hands down the worst.

Room was clean and suitable for our family of 4 for one nights stay. Some of the fittings were missing (no towel rail in bathroom). Our room was located under the stairs and had very little natural light, little privacy (could not open curtain as all passers by looked straight into room) and was quite noisy with people coming and going from the rear carparking area. Suggest asking for an upper floor unit.
