easy access to the room, clean as expected, got what i paid for, easy to find after hours and access key and room

toilet stopped working and there was no one around to tell me/fix

It was our halfway stop over for the night before we headed home. Very nice room spotlessly clean with all the amenities there for you.

It is on the prime location

There was no allocated car parking space. We could not park in front of the room because another vehicle was already parked there. When I checked with reception, they advised that there are no allocated parking spaces and that anyone can park in any available spot. Hence we had to park on the street.

The manger was so rude to us and I mean it way too rude he even told me don't come here again bec I took 2 car spots one for my car one my trailer

We stayed only one night on our way from Brisbane to Sydney. The room was a reasonable size for a family room with two queen beds. The space between the foot of the bed and wall was just sufficient space to walk I would say. We packed a soft bag to bring in and didn't take in our suitcases which were in the car, so that helped a lot in terms of space. If we were to bring in those two large suitcases (28" diagonal), and lay them on the floor open (as we like to do), there would be hardly any walking space anywhere in the room. Otherwise a pretty standard but rather old-fashioned or some may say outdated room. We were happy with the cleanliness, and the toilet was a good size, didn't feel cramped with ample tabletop space for all our toiletries.

The room was very dimly lit. We had Room 10. There's no ceiling light above the beds. The only lights in that part of the room are the bed top lights. We didn't switch them on as they were within reach of our young children. Not very safe actually. And the most significant issue was that along the perimeter of the carpet which the beds sat on, there was a row of pins (presumably to keep the carpet pinned to the floor) sticking out through the pile. I stepped on them on more than one occasion and finally had enough of the pain. I had to use the room key and something heavy to knock in those pins (sharp ends pointing right up) to bend the ends so that they did not protrude. As we stayed only one night and left before the office open, we didn't report it directly. But if the hotel management is reading this, please fix this in all your rooms.

Lady who checked us in was so lovely and friendly. Rooms were very clean. The pool was a welcome sight after a long drive

The bathroom was dated and the fridge was very noisy during the night.

The motel is clean and comfort, located just next to main road A1 highway. Thus, Motor sound is quite clearly heard during night time. The Motel is New and well maintained. The receptionist is quite nice and a funny guy, like to joke.

The charges is higher than normal, and it costs nearly AUD100 per person per night. Refrigerator in room 1 is not functioning. Police car and Ambulance sound is quite loud during night time hour.

Pricey, dirty, exhausted rooms and facilities, dirty pool. We booked for 3 nights and it costed us an arm and a leg for this absolute rubbish place.

Lovely renovated room. Bathroom was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy and huge television on the wall. Towels were also extremely soft. Staff were friendly and inviting, brought extra towels when requested.
