Location was great, and staff are very friendly.

The pool didn't have enough water, the room was smaller than we thought, and the bed very uncomfortable. Good $$ just wasn't expecting that.

Well positioned in Coffs and suited what we needed for a couple of night with the dog. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and tidy and met our needs

The location was good for logistics and ease of access. The main road is right there, the shopping centre is minutes away. You can access several beaches within a few minutes driving, so that part is great

I was in a cabin adjacent to the highway. It was loud all night long...Coffs Harbour need to get that bypass done ASAP. This will dramatically improve so many aspects of this location and others like it.Mattresses on the bunk beds were too soft for my large teenagers...

Staff were friendly

Ants lots of ants. The bunks were claustrophobic and only go children. An elderly person could not of gotten in on the bottom bunk not alone on the top.It needed a rail for the steps as we had an elderly person who required something to hang onto even though we assisted

Spacious villa for a family of 4 (or 5) in a great location

Cabins old but comfortable and had a great kitchen and facilities..

Villa was near any ok for comfort.. oh shower was amazing

The atmosphere of the park, went for a walk and heard permanent residents talking about there rehab stay so made us feel uneasy from then on

Large room for the price, undercover deck was a great addition.

Road noise was constant.Flooring was lifted and required footwear when walking around inside.All could be overlooked and would stay here for the price paid

The tennis court and pool was great for the kids. The bbq nearby was great. Nice atmosphere, We did not notice the hiighway near by either.

We had an overnight stopover on our return home from QLD to Sydney. Our villa was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

The environment. The place was very close to Pacific Highway and central to shops, beach and many more. Loved it.

Location was good for us, staff member who welcomed us was amazing !!!

Aircon was to noisey couldn't have it on during the night. Corner of our room smelt like animal urine and all the seats had pet protectors on it so just felt horrible. Beds were soooo uncomfortable worst night sleep
