The front desk people were very friendly.

The room is a well preserved motel room from back in the 70s. It was clean and nice sheets. The furniture is Old western furniture All rooms are at ground level and there was a gap at the bottom of the door at least an inch and a half. Very disappointed!

clean, comfortable, mini unit ie had fridge with a proper freezer a microwave, desk etc

chair for desk needs replacing, old and padding sagged so you sat on wooden frame, quite uncomforatable, reported tthis as left, and expect will be fixed

Shower is excellent. Good parking

Tap is very soft. Hard to wash

Arrived after hours and reception was closed. Phoned the office number which went to the office answering service. Received a call back informing me of how to get the key for the room.Close to the main highway which suited me.

Only one chair in the room.

Very clean, short walk to get my morning cappuccino.

Small Gravel parking for lower rooms. Difficult getting car in and out for large cars.

Rooms are old and need updating, over priced, will not staying again

Quality of tea and coffee was very very low.Lighting was premative.Basin was in odd shaped.

Good little apartment type place with all conveniences

Very clean and comfortable for a short stay. Location was good ?

Bit noisey, I assume when rooms next to me was using their shower.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Facilities included fridge, microwave, toaster and jug. The motel was situated just off the main road into Coffs Harbour but there was little traffic noise. Staff were accommodating.

Getting into and out of the motel was a little tricky with it's situation so close to the highway. There weren't traffic lights to enable safe passage. Need to take care.

Able to accommodate us for an extra night at short notice. Checked that we were still arriving due to the adverse weather, (Cyclone Alfred)

Clean bed

Old. Rusted brackets in bathroom. Rotten timber on door. Marks on walls. Rusted shower rail. Old dirty and tired. The only clean thing was bed. No staff to greet us even though we were early. The only place I’ve stayed in 50 years where there is no sink in bathroom just one in main area. Dirty under and behind bed. Furnished poorly. Loose electrical light fitting near bed. Shade missing from light. I reported it via the main website.

Rooms could do with an upgrade especially the bathrooms. Outside of rooms looking worn out could def do with some renovations. Francine is amazing best customer service ever! Wifi was down when we arrived due to an accident that happened down the road but it was up running the next day.

Location was easy to get to

Rooms were all well off the highway so they were all nice and quit, parking for all rooms, lovely friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy. Great value for money.

The room was stuffy when we arrived and had a stale smell. The shower was awful and the dishes were not overly clean. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

The property was clean and comfortable close enough to go where I wanted

Staff was friendly was upgraded in room and it was nothing to write home about just needed up dating so would have hated to see our original room.Nice gardens.

Cleaning hmmmm shelve where glasses were had that much dust on it you had to wash everything before you used it .Hated the entrance and exit I know there is nothing you can do about it but pulling a trailer you had to use more care than normal.

Location suited us and the facilities, although old style were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and offered help if we needed it.

Minor traffic noise, but no real problem.
