Ocean Parade Motel

Clean, comfortable and value for money.

Facilities could be better.

Excellent location across street from beach and walking distance to cafes and restaurants; pool; pergola so we could sit outside although raining; friendly staff; equipped with everything we needed for 2 nights’ stay.

No confirmation email. After ringing late night reception l was told I had no reservation. Then had to drive all the way to Grafton to get accommodation.

The bathroom could be updated, exhaust fan, n shower with a full screen, not a shower curtain.

Coffs was very expensive so this was good value for money. If you are just passing through and need a break this is a good choice if you can ignore wear and tear which the new manager is tackling. Great location and good outside area to eat. Very friendly staff.

The whole room was awful, especially the carpet. Basically the whole joint needs to be knocked down! It is that bad I'm not joking! Shower curtains in a motel ewwwwwww

People park outside your room and it’s very noisy - cars coming and going.

Rooms are a little dated but bed was super comfortable.

Great location .. older property which covers all the basic inclusions .. clean & comfortable .. four star staff .. very quiet.

The staff were friendly and you can't beat the location! Walk to restaurants and beach within 2 minutes! Lovely garden sitting area.

We did a short stay during school holidays so this was all that was available. I like a room with a balcony, this didn't have a balcony but the garden sitting area made up for it.

Bed was comfortable. It was also close to the bowling club for dinner. Beach access very close as well.

The shower got water everywhere, it needs something to fix that issue

Way over priced for a motel that hasn’t been renovated in probably 30+ years, if ever

The room was all set up when we arrived, the man behind the counter at the reception was friendly and courteous. The motel was easy to find on the gps.

there weren't any bottles of water in the fridge and the pool was tiny and uninviting. the carpark tight and hard to get out.

The shower was fine. I like the red retro fridge. The room is a decent size, everything was ready when we arrived.

Location was good walking distance beach

In the motel on the first floor ac unit were out side in the gallery and it was hazardous for little kids. As my son is 3 and we had to be all the time carefully for his head also on first floor front of room no.12 the balcony railing was not safe it was waving in side out very dangerous for kids.
