Pros +
- This was a clean and comfortable hotel for a night's stay after driving a long way. It was close to the shopping precinct as well if you wanted to grab something to eat (within walking distance or a short drive if you prefer). The staff were lovely considering my booking at the last minute. Had all you needed.
- Clean and tidy with a comfortable bed
- Disappointing
Cons -
- The price was a little expensive considering it's age and position.
- Curtains need replacing
- Room very old n tired with no separate bathroom- dirty fan

Shower was average at best. Fridge wasn’t cold enough (even when adjusted). TV was slow and lagging

Tight parking for bigger cars
Free onsite parking outside your room. Little bit of road noise, owner was lovely & gave info on sightseeing, rooms nice & clean, good size room.

Bathroom clean and modern. Liked the fridge/freezer. Bed suited me. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room a good size with chairs, couch and coffee table as well as a desk/dining table. The pen was very handy.

Comfortable bed, location good
The shower & vanity not together, odd placement actually! Towels so thin, needs replacing!
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Just need to be careful the little step when entering the bathroom area.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beds were a little uncomfortable, however the rooms were very clean and warm, facilities were basic but had everything we needed.
The single bed was a bit uncomfortable

Extremely comfortable kingsize bed. Great sheets, not the usual over starched motel variety. Fresh and bright room, very clean. Great water pressure in shower. Quiet aircon. Parking right outside door. Small block, so no noise. Short easy walk to great pub for meal. Friendly and helpful staff.
People were friendly parking right outside my door close to harbor, but it was raining, so I didn’t get a chance to see much of Coffs harbor.
Weather, but that’s out of anyone’s control
Convenience and comfort. Location was ideal and accessible
Limited space but was manageable
