Convenient location - a good price for a nights stop over whilst travelling

Couldn’t turn the lights on - we used the bedside lamps and the window was difficult to open or close

Not busy there.

Rooms small. TV not working.

It was near town The lady that lives there was very nice and helpful

Clean comfortable room, good size.

Average size room, comfortable bed. I did like the separate kitchen that could be used

Air conditioning didn’t work. Staff loaned a fan, but was very noisy.

Decent size room with aircon and ceiling fan. Decent size TV

Lack of maintenance. Towel rail was half pulled out of the wall and the two handles in the shower fell off as I turned the water on. They were also in the wrong spot (hot where cold should be and vice versa.).

Dog friendly, grassy areas nearby.

Courtyard and parking area a bit run down

The pool was nice and big to relax in and the bed was very comfy. The shower had a nice big shower head on it. The hotel was a short stroll from the supermarket.

People using the laundry late at night as our room was next to it

Good location to city centre and restaurants, clubs,and hotels for meals

A lot of traffic noise being on the hiighway, carpark needed a good clean, bed was on wheels and kept sliding on floor tiles, not sure when tiles on floor was last mopped as feet got very dirty walking on them

the room was reasonably clean

The pool was locked at 8 pm although it was supposed to remain open until 9 pm.The aircon was located right above the bedhead but the remote control was attached to the wall a couple of meters away thus forcing you to get out of bed every time you wanted to adjust the aircon.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good air cond.

Mould in shower and shower didn't drain readily. Parking was not allocated by unit. Park anywhere. I prefer to park outside the room.

The location was convenient enough. Price was reasonable enough

Rude staff, very very old rooms. Beds and pillows were awful and in bad need of replacement. Rooms were small and tidy but very basic.

Big shower head that had no pressure Small room,tiny milk pods,and car spaces ridiculously small

Location was central Coffs Harbour.

Window not able to be locked and adjoining motel car park was very close to window and loud voices could be heard from next door 2 - 3AM! Very little sleep was achieved - not what we were after following a long drive.

Conveniently located. Comfortable bed, great shower, very clean

Only had high pillows, I like to have a choice between high (for him) and low (for me)

Very clean modern room with excellent bed and 2 comfortable chairs. Class leading guest kitchen. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants.

Location, kitchen facilities, pet friendly

The beds moved on the tiles making it a little unstable. The shower leaked water all over the floor, used multiple towels to mop up. The manager? Receptionist? Was very loud on her phone outside my room.
