The room was spacious and decorated with attention to detail. The bed was king size and comfy.

Only source of water for the jug & washing up was the bathroom basin.Bed was too firm for my comfort.

Nothing stood out

The room was in need of a renovation. Very tired and dated. Bed was soso. We are in our 70's and struggled with all our luggage on the stairs. Ramp from carpark also a struggle. Bathroom very small. Overpriced for what we gotThe photos online must have been taken ages ago. We were very disappointed

The undercover parking (though spaces quite narrow). Staff were courteous in written communications and texted through clear instructions for my after hours arrival (and it was easy to get the key). The rooms were stylish and relaxing with 5 star linen, towels and 5 star extras such as Nespresso coffee pod machine (in addition to sachets of instant coffee), fresh milk for tea/coffee, cute complimentary bottles of spring water, microwave, largeish flat screen TV, wonderful split system air con system, nice lighting configurations. Super comfortable bed with power plugs beside the bed. Wall mounted hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and items you don't normally get in motels such as disposable shower cap. Full length mirror behind bathroom door. Quite simply everything has been well thought out. Absolutely clean everywhere!

In all honesty the bathrooms could do with a reno. I'm not a fan of shower curtains, but the shower recess was big enough. No lift can be an issue, but I just packed a small bag for my overnight stay and left things I didn't need in my car (there are two floors, I was on the second, but it wasn't problematic). This is the only motel where I've ever felt they tried to upsell me. Twice. The first was when I made a request to be on the ground floor if available. I was messaged back to say that there were no ground floor rooms of my type left BUT for $25 extra dollars I could have a King room on the ground floor. Just like that! I messaged back and declined. Then, when I learnt I wouldn't be able to get to my room until one in the morning I requested if I was able to change the booking to the next night. I was told I could, but would have to pay $25 more for that room. I decided not to take up their 'offer' and kept my original booking. Then, when I decided to stay an extra night I was able, that morning, to retain my room for another night by booking through booking.com for only $10 extra. This was a 'partner booking', which I don't fully understand, but my advice is to hold out and keep your room if you feel you've got a good deal!

I was surprised that this place is very clean, even the bathroom is spotless! Love the complimentary coffee, tea and some cookies. Beds are very comfortable. Besides a little noisy during the night due to the location being close to the main road but they are very considerate by providing earplugs.

Very clean & tidy - staff were lovely & good location - whilst it was on the main road noise was minimal - bed was so comfy & the water pressure of the shower was awesome.

The staff were very understanding about check in time as we where traveling down from Brisbane. The rooms were neat and tidy. The location was fine, however the main road was noisy with the ambulances throughout the night. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room is a good size and the bed is very nice. I’ve already been here 2 times and it’s definitely not my last time. Thank you Danielle and Tim.

The only thing there’s really to complain about is the noise. You can hear the traffic from inside but I didn’t notice it that much.

The staff is friendly, easy to check-in. A short driving distance to Muttonbirds Island, shopping mall, Clog Barn etc.

It's located next to the main road and you can hear noises of the traffic passing through. Sound proofing is poor, we can hear people's conversations from other units, people having showers. That could be the reason why there were 2 pkts of earplug in the bathroom. We also noticed that there were 2 fairly big yellow stains on the white duvet. Disappointed!
