Access to parking and the room too. Had to park way down the street. Hotel was noisy and packed.

Very close to the Coffs Harbour railway station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the 'Jetty' area. Easy bus service if you want to explore a little further in Coffs.

No aircon so the room was either very humid and stuffy or very noisy if you leave the window open. Apart from that it did the job for a one nighter. We were hassled and threatened with violence at the station while waiting for the late connection to Brisbane. I've since read that there are significant drug insanity issues in the town. We won't be back.

Location and pub was not noisy.

Shower head broke and issues with keys getting to the room.

Only reason to stay there is the location.The staff and the facilities are not good.

Loved the history, photos, meals were good, would have liked breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Being elderly we managed the stairs but probably won’t go there again…age!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, good to have dining downstairs and the location is also in an area that has restaurant / cafe options, old character building that has had a glow-up which has been well done. Rooms basic & shared bathroom and Ok for an overnight stay and appreciate being able to park off-street and able to make a cup of tea / coffee in the room.

Not possible to reach the curtain controller which was too high to reach.

The shared bathroom was large with plenty of cubicles. The property is only a few minutes walk from the beach. There was on site parking covered by cctv.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning so the room was hot and the blinds don't keep light out, which means it was difficult to have a good night's sleep. There was also no fridge in the room, so I had to throw food away. The WiFi signal didn't reach the room either. For the price of the accommodation the room and facilities were too basic.

Being a hotel, bathroom was shared. But this didn't even cross my mind when I entered the amenities. Not only was there a shower, toilet, and combined shower over bath. The bath was deep! And the water pressure was great. Bath filled to brim in a minute or 2. Another thing I liked was even though we had clean towels in our room, in the bathroom there was shelves stacked with extra towels, a nice wicker bowl , which contained shampoo, conditioner and extra soaps. They even went as far as having a hamper for dirty towels. This hotel was great. Friendly staff. Privacy was great. As simple to check in and out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

The one thing I missed. There was no fridge in room to keep drinks cold.

The downstairs facilities were great, Bar,casino,wine bar and bistro. Very friendly crew location and parking perfect

Very hot room. The fan was very loud but not that effective.Sewerage smell coming from outside of our window a couple of times but we couldn't close window as it was too hotThere is only 1 ladies bathroom (for the rooms that have no ensuite) which the toilet is included in it. So if someone is showering you can't use the toilet

Given the cost per night and that the room has no air-conditioning, I expected black out blinders to offer some heat insulation.

Location and Onsite Parking. High pressure shower was the best I’ve experienced in years!!!

The twin room we slept it (room 16) was closest to the main road so with the window open lots of traffic noise.
