the staff were very helpful and very lovely.

The room had not been cleaned before I checked in. There was an open can of soft drink in the fridge and someone's half-used stick of lip balm on the table.

Drain/septic/sewage smell in room. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and unable to switch rooms. Maintenance attended and sprayed room spray to mask smell and apologized. Reception requested email be sent to management on Monday..

A bit far from city center but that was expected anyway when we booked

Nice and clean. Close to tram stop. Price was good value and apartment suited our needs. Also close to shops and various dining options. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They stored our luggage on our last day as our flights were late afternoon so we were able to still go out and about and not have to drag our luggage with us.

I got bad experience with Hyatt Regency in Sydney before I came to Melbourne, and I don't expect this level of services and facility at NewQuay. but it's a e excellent for my family.

Cleaning the dryer machine, it's quite dusty.

The aircon was centrally controlled There was a split system on my room but no remote The temperate was set at 20 degrees and that’s too cold for me so i wasn’t comfortable

Great location for my sisters birthday lunch and easy drive in and out. Got a free upgrade to an apartment which was a nice surprise. Had a great sleep nice and quiet

Iron needs replacing. Leaked water everywhere. Sofa bed tilted backwards to head end. By considerable amount.

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, excellent shower. The location was great for walking or by public transportation.

The only problems were some broken glass on the carpet. We spoke to the reception desk and they sent a cleaning crew to vacuum. Also the bathroom sink was draining slowly.
