Bed was very comfortable. Apartment size was quite spacious. Full kitchen was handy to have.

Wash basin design in the bathroom is plain stupid. With the mirror cabinet extending out on an already small wash basin, it was impossible to wash your face in it. The bedroom and the living area windows faced the apartment block, so we had to either choose privacy or natural light. Elevators were really slow and we couldn't take the stairs to the first floor which was frustrating.

Great property . Spacious . Good bed . Clean . Close to tramway 57 . 30 minutes direct CBD or walk 10 minutes fo Newmarket station . Very convenient

Lovely sized space; door on to balcony; comfy bed; roomy shower AND teapot and teacups for a tea drinker - such a delightful touch; easy on street parking short walk away

The location was beautiful, the apartment was stunning and the beds were super comfortable I felt super safe and relaxed at the appartment and would definitely book again

Great location, quiet but close to the NewMarket shopping center and train station. Tram stop is 30 seconds from the front door. Room is comfortable, tidy and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Room Service did NOT come as scheduled, this is poor.NO wine opener in the room and Not even at the front desk. I had to go to the shopper center to buy.

we liked the gym and although we did not use the pool it looked amazing

car park felt isolated and it was a little creepy at times, but the room was ok and we felt safe in there

Very convenient location to an event. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were top class. Room was beautifully appointed & well set out. Easy to get to using public transport, as tram stop practically outside the door.

The room was excellent for what we needed. Very clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen and living area was great as we had little kids. Easy to find and check in, carpark also easy to use and find.

We stayed on a Tuesday which meant there was no breakfast available, but the staff pointed in the direction of a great cafe only minutes away.

Good location, friendly staff, the longer we stayed the more we liked and appreciated the apartment.

The reception are is a bit austere.

The Apartment and facilities were stunning, an added bonus was undercover onsite secure parking with easy access to lifts and accommodation.

Location of the scanning unit to access to the parking area required we get out of vehicle, not the best for 2 woman travelling alone.

Close to venue we needed for competition
