Good hotel in a good...

The bed was a bit hard and the doona too thick. I needed a separate sheet because I was so hot with the Donna on.

Deposit still has not been refunded. Six days after check out. Very unusual

The room and bed was lovely and clean.

The pool area was slippery and too small for a whole hotel.

I love almost every thing in this hotel. Almost everything was just perfect. Perfect breakfast, The room was great. I love the decorations, You can say it iss 5 stars, really.

One of the people in the reception, he was a man, he didn't even smile and he didn't care. The room size was not good, smaller than I expected, this was not good.

Overpriced beyond reasonable for what you get, everything felt cheap, uncomfortable and terribly styled.

Comfy bed, beautiful room, lovely staff, great location for shopping, movies and a great meal at Meat & Wine Co.

Staff said my request can’t be arranged because I booked through Booking.comThe pool is tiny and also short of staff for the bar. Plus need to pay for parking.

Found the parking confusing

Great location, clean, comfortable right from arrival. Everything we needed for a nights stay. Very stylish looking rooms.

Parking is pricey. The directions if coming through the underground car park was a little tough. We shopped before checking in so we were a little lost when trying to navigate to the car park.

The staff were amazing and the facility and the rooms were really nice and beds were very comfy

Only had one issue which was with room 411 air conditioning not working and waiting until 11 pm at night for us to be transferred with a room where the air conditioner worked which was room 801But we are very grateful for the staff allowing us to change rooms that late at night and that would've been a hustle

The pool was small, if there is more than 10 ppl it will be crowded. Please we were expecting to have a sauna or steamer which wasn't available.

The interiors are beautiful and create a lovely space to be in. Comfortable beds and nice room facilities. Friendly staff and easy check in/out. Perfect location to access shops. Unfortunately didn't get to see the bar area as it was closed, but looked good.

Wanted to book the Santa photo package but couldn’t get it as it was all sold out, may be some special arrangements could have been made for guests

Great location and clean.

The pool is tiny and no seating at all. We had to leave as no where to put our towels or to sit and relax. Also we had to get a refund for breakfast and there was a huge huge queue to be seated. Never seen anything like it

The hotel is beautiful, very well styled, and great location with good amenities for visiting the Chadstone shopping centre. The bar was nice for a drink and light dinner after a busy day.

Check in took almost 30 mins due to them not having enough staff available to meet demand, could hear elevator noise and talking in hallways very easily (not enough noise insulation) and the bed/pillows were too firm for my liking (but that's just personal preference)

The location is great for shopping, the rooms are a really good size and they are clean

I could hear people running around upstairs for hours each night, so the rooms aren’t totally sound proof. There was a broken wine glass in the elevator one day as well which was a bit of an oversight. Also if there are people standing yelling at your staff in the foyer where people are checking in, maybe move them off to the side or something.

Hotel showing its age. Floors in my room need a deep clean. Facilities lovely design, but mattress a bit too firm.
