stayed two nights on return from international holiday. Location great, staff friendly, would stay again.

Customer service was beyond 5 star. Wish I could name the young man that was there for us… every hotel would want as an employee and every customer wants as a service provider. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable and enjoyed very much our stay.

Convenient location to shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, swimming pool train station and tram stops. The hotel has an excellent retaurant and each guest receives a voucher on arrival which entitles them and their guests to 50% reduction on food for one meal.

There was nothing that l didn't like

Nice location, near loads of shops. Lovely apartment, comfy beds and great amenities. Loads of natural light in the apartment which is a nice change from most hotels.

Maybe a little noisy at times - not sure windows are double glazed

Clean, and close to shops and restaurants and has a good gym.

No flexible check in and we were unable to drop our luggage off at the hotel due to limited reception hours which was very inconvenient when we had an early flight. Our check-in arrival was difficult because there was no flexibility so we had to drag our luggage around with us after a long international flight.

The staff were helpful in booking us in early as we had a wedding to attend. It’s clean, nice smelling products, quiet & the bed was very comfortable.The complementary snack bars after you checked in was a nice surprise.Having safe secure parking was also peace of mind although you do pay extra for it.

Comfortable , light apartment which would be good for a longer stay. Close to shops and supermarket.

From the moment the gentleman at reception welcomed and served us with the friendliest manner , to a beautiful spacious and comfortable room, to the fine dining down stairs and friendly departure. This place of stay was 5 stars! Could not have performed any better.
