Pros +
- very noisy fellow guests yelling and calling out all night. Facility looks run down on the outside and clients seem to treat it accordingly
- Room was clean Aircon was good
- Permanent resident staying at the motel was very unstable. Yelling, screaming, swearing and threatening passer bys with acts of violence. My son was very scared. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1.
Cons -
- noisy and disruptive other guests
- Very run down
- The difference between the advertised room and the actual room. We had paid for the room (booking requirement), walked in, saw how bad it was, walked out, handed the key back and left.

NA
The room needs a revamp, it was dusty, carpet stained, and shower had mould. Definitely paid for what we stayed in, great location a pity the furnishings are past their use by date.
This whole building is so run down inside and out. I took so many photos for all to see. Behind the microwave, there was left over food. The oven has not been cleaned in so long, there is white Mould growing in it. The lounge suites looked they were taking off the nature strip where people put hard rubbish on. The were so soaked stained, they just covered them with couch blankets. We looked under the couch cushions and there was food waste underneath. The dining chairs, we had three different varieties at the eating table. I'm sure some were taken from hard rubbish, some had stains on them. The walls have not been cleaned in years, they were so grotty and dirty, they need cleaning and painting. There were holes in the walls that were not covered too well and you could see the outside of the building through these holes. They truly looked like they are never cleaned at all. I now have doubts that the beds are changed often. Some of the windows where old air conditioners once were are now covered with cardboard & duct tape in three rooms. The outside of the building is so run down and derelict. Some of the tenants we spoke to were permanent residents who couldn't afford anything else. The whole place needs pulling down. It is unfit for human occupancy at this current moment and for $305.00 for one night as a family room, it was unfit for my family and we all didn't sleep to well because of the state of the building. In my bedroom i actually slept on top of the sheets and blankets that's how i felt. I wasn't game to get in the bed. BOOKING.COM should stop promoting this property immediately and they clearly should look at what they are promoting. If the health department saw this, they would shut it down. Main electrical wires from the upstairs level coming out of the building on a homemade pole, ran it across the drive in the air, to the neighboring house and into the roof tiles and connected their. So dangerous.

It was all right for a boys w/e away
Out dated decor needs painting in side
Sorry but very little at all about the property. Location was the only positive.
Dirty rooms, looked run down, leaking fridge, homeless living in cars in the car park, massive fight at night between two other tenants (language and physical confrontation scared my kids), bathroom was dirty, broken tap in shower, felt extremely unsafe and was refused a refund when I wanted to leave on the first night.
It was clean. Good water pressure. the airconditioning worked. It had a fridge and microwave.
Very run down building. Its car park across the road was a rubbish dump full of old matresses and junk. The door was very difficult to get into. The carpet of the room was old and stained. I had to put down a $100 deposit against any damage to the room which I thought was a bit of a joke considering the state of the place.
Clean inside the unit and well equipped.
Exterior was a rubbish yard ( the car park) Shady characters around but moved on when I come fronted him.Outside of reception needed a lot of work it looked abandoned. Your sign hasn't been updated or maintained. Pity as once inside all good. Still waiting for my $100 bond to be returned
I would not recommend, even a short stay at Melbourne
I felt very unsafe at the property, the door didn’t lock properly and none of the lights work.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Wouldn’t recommend for families. Not suitable to even be listed as accommodation on booking.com. Very run down and very loud due to traffic. We would have left to find elsewhere if it wasn’t so late on arrival.
The staff were lovely
The room smelt like smoke. The facilities were very old but it was clean
i liked that the room was spacious
even when the curtain is fully closed there is an opening you can see through the gap because of the air conditioning at the top of the door it was up against the curtain so it was holding the curtain a bit open so we had to move the couch against the curtain Just to keep it completely closed.
Breakfast was not an option
The air-conditioning was very loud so could not be left on at night as you could not sleep due to the noise and sky light above the shower leaked when it was raining.
Shower had mould over the tiles. Benches had cigarette burn markes and permanent staines. no remote for TV VERY BASIC ACCOMADATION Room 3
!
Comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Close to amenities.
Traffic noise was loud.
It was close to la Trobe University.
Is this what $140 per night gets you these days? Everything was dirty. From the moment I opened my door, I was punched in the face by the stink of stale cigarettes. The mini wine bottle I grabbed out the reception fridge last minute had rust all around its lid, which I took a sig out of before spitting it out. Then the glass was dirty and still had lipstick on it. Then I tried to shower, but it had mould and no conditioner, and the 'white' towels were stained af. The shampoo felt and smelled like a strong, cheap dishwashing liquid. My rock-hard bed had long black head hairs all through the sheets that reeked of cigarettes. There was no blanket (electric only), hair dryer or iron. I couldn't even plug my laptop and phone next to the bed (no spare points). I came to Melbourne for the first time for one night only. I went to my University conference with tangled, wire-like, bed-dried hair that smelt like cigarettes. I've had better nights at a $50 backpacker hotel with single bunk beds.
we had the family suite it's so large , great for big families, bathroom modernised , toilet hasn't been though,
reception needs to be open longer
The size of the room is great , and the location is excellent
The beds are very very firm, the toilet was falling off the wall, the roof leaked when it rained, and there was no utensils to use with the stove , nor any dishliquid
