We had an awful experience when I requested a dental kit, and their staff told me that you must pay 2 dollars for each one at 10 pm I think it is not an acceptable condition for a 5-star hotel!!!!

The wall clock had a flat battery and the bedside clocks hadn't been changed for daylight savings, we notified reception about these issues when checking out and they promised to have them dealt with.

location is good for me to drive in from the country and then I can tram into the city.

other guests were kinda noisy. couldn't sleep as early as I would have liked.add some EV chargers to your garage. I'm happy to pay for electricity, but if I can charge overnight that saves me having to drive to a fast charger and spend 30-40 minutes charging up.

Clean, spacious and quiet

I booked the accommodation on behalf of a NDIS client and their support worker. They raved about this property after their stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and the faculties were perfect.

Apartments were clean and spacious and well appointed.

Very well equipped studio. Well sound proofed. Easy parking, great value.

No opening window meant restricted airflow and use of aircon throughout the stay. Thankfully the unit was quiet.

Location, simplicity and cleanliness

I think reception staff misinterpreted my request and gave us 1bdr appartments which was ok however we didn’t like bedroom with no windows.

I booked for my relatives, overall they were happy about the stay for a week.

The housekeeping always forgotten the floor towels.

This stay was the worst among all my stay in Melboune. I stayed here 3 days in total - the Shampoo was empty on the first day and I feedbacked this to staff, it was still empty on the second day. Pillow was too soft and they have no other options to choose even though one of the staff said yes. These was a strong ador in the corridor. There is no breakfast option as well.

Clean, modern, everything in excellent condition.

There was nothing to recommend against. I had difficulty with the public laundry, insofar as the machine didn’t operate as expected, but there were no limits on access, so I had plenty of time to correct my error. The laundry is far away from guest accommodation, which may be why it is accessible and operable 24 hours a day.

Meet our expectations.. the couch needed a shampoo . Everything else was great

The location is between the airport and the city, making it very convenient. The Quest apartment is in a residential area, which is very quiet, and the surrounding scenery is also nice. It's within walking distance to Highpoint Shopping Centre.

The disadvantage is that the reception counter is only open from 7 a.m. My flight landed early at Sydney Airport, and I reached The Quest around 6:20 a.m. Nobody could open the door for us, so we had to wait outside with no seating until 7 a.m., when the staff arrived to open the door. Check-in time is only available from 2 p.m., but we were able to store our luggage there. The complimentary bottle of water was only provided once, even though we stayed there for 4 nights.

A very easy to find location that is really close to the Highpoint Shopping Centre where you can spend 'days' and not see all! The room was beyond spacious and we were disappointed we had only booked the one night. Bed was really comfy and there was a full kitchen and washer/dryer!

Loved the room close to where we needed to be really close to Highpoint room was clean itself had really good facilities. Bed was comfy good size little kitchen.

The bathroom shower probably just needed a little clean in the grout and just around little fixtures but that’s it
