Very helpful staff. We had a terrible 1st night ended up actually sleeping in hospital car park. Called the hotel at 7am the next morning and they were fantastic and couldn't apologise enough. When we returned to the hotel we said we would be fine moving our things but management walked us up to our new apartment and got 2 staff members to move our belongings. So yes our 1st night was crap and stressful but i think we were just given the wrong apartment. Cause the hotel staff are lovely to the girls that clean our room too the front of house staff, all we lovely. Some may think the train station is too close but honestly you can not hear a thing when your in your apartment. ?
Maybe could have more car spots for people with disability. But i am not sure if Quest own the car park
The location was perfect for us, the concierge on arrival after a very long drive was lovely & the facilities were very clean.Housekeeping was a lovely surprise.
the room was very spacious, it had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and all the furniture was comfortable. I will be staying there again with my family next time i visit melbourne
the tv remote worked on both the bedroom and living area tvs and we took a while to work that out

Not enough underground car space. Homeless people can get into the foyer and sleep on the couch next to the gym.

Unfortunately not the best town in Victoria to hang out at, but it serviced our needs for the weekend.
We choose the to have an apartment style room and it worked great, it was so handy to have the washer and dryer located in the apartment!
The room wasn’t stocked for 4 people (only 2 towels) and the phone to call reception wasn’t working.
Was a great location / Secure/ friendly staff very clean and comfortable property.
Unfortunately it was noisy - Trains, sirens, people yell in the street at night and wind blowing through the louvers at night.

It doesn't have a soundproof room, you can hear everything from the following rooms, and it likes to stay in the train station.
Cooking facilities and cleaning were fantastic. Loved having the washing machine and dryer in our bathroom. Reception was so helpful when i had a problem. Solved out straight away. Location is great and the rooms soundproof.
I didn’t like that we had to pay $15 extra each night for parking of our car. It’s obvious if we’re starting at the hotel that we want to park or car there and for them to charge extra is ridiculous
