IT's a bit old and tired but the rooms are a good size and its a convenient location.

We stay regularly when visiting the Australia Open tennis, it’s quiet and convenient.

The Apartment was excellent size, the staff were very helpful and the location nearby the trams suited our purpose.We were attending a wedding from interstate and the Function Centre was nearby.

Microwave old. Had to use. Pillows uncomfortable, bed hard . Curtains need washing & windows/ glass doors need cleaning . New carpet.

Good location

Room was not clean, with mould, mildew and built up grime in the shower, one of the pillows was falling appart, room smelled quite badly. Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Definitely not a 4-star hotel

I booked for a baloncy 2 room. Got a open door and twin beds on arrival

Good location and comfortable room and bed.

Reception was unattended most of the time. Seemed to have lack of communication.

Someone urinated in the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned up

The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed.

Cleanliness was ok, but the pillows were really badly stained with blood or something.

Great location. Very good space in the apartment and very clean.

The bath/shower was very difficult to get in and out of. Perhaps hand rails could be installed to help this.

The room was pleasant, the bathroom very clean and water pressure excellent.

I booked a room with queen bed and got a room with 2 singles......The heating was noisy.The view was the apartment block next door.

The place was dirty. Hair behind the bathroom door, shower had mold in the corners, kitchen sink, fridge and bin were not clean.

Location is good, affordable.

Bathroom could be cleaner, room is a bit outdated and the AC would malfunction and switch to either 30c or 18c randomly. Ended up just turning it off.

We have stayed here many times with relatively no issue.. Bed comfy always clean and tidy. Quiet and a good location for where we needed to go. Communication around after hours check in was clear (apart from the wrong code being given)

We were given the wrong code for the lock box so took us a long time to get in. No one answered the emergency number so I ended up texting it. By fluke I managed to put in what I thought the code might have been and got it. I eventually got a text back when we were leaving to go to our concert.Our door to our room sticks, you had to use your shoulder weight to get it to open. There was also no soap supplied in the room, there was shampoo, conditioner and body lotion but no soap at all. Not sure if this isn't supplied anymore or was missed by the cleaners.

Location. Walking distance to CBD, hospital and shops. Public transport close by. Large apartment.

No room service offered despite long stay.Homeless asleep on couch in common area on ground floor.Intoxicated man trying to open apartment doors in the early hours of the morning, slack security response and dismal lack of response from management. All talk no action.Not much natural light enters apartment.

Simple accommodation in a very convenient location for the MCG. Great area for restaurants and bars, close to Coles as well. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. The room was spacious and the price was very cheap for a full apartment with kitchen and laundry.

A little rough around the edges - you get what you pay for. I found a towel from the previous people still in the bathroom and there was also someone else's ear plug on the ground next to the bed. There was dust in the corners of the bathroom floor, mould in the bathroom grout and spiderwebs in the corners of the room. I had read previous reviews and knew what I was in for so wasn't surprised.

The location was great

Our room was not cleaned. Dirty towel in the bathroom with Toothpaste all over it. No dishes in the drawers as they were all still in the dishwasher and even then they were still dirty. Chairs are all ripped and the bed frame is all ripped. When we got to our room the door was open to the balcony on the first floor!

The room layout was good, the staff were fabulous, teh Adara signature scent was divine. Location was good and information for people staying to adventure around teh are and city was very good, we took a couple of leaflets for another visit. And the secure car parking was nice to relax and know the car wasn't on the street.

Ours were only little things only, and there was solutions offered for us which made us feel valued. The wifi didnt work and our tv wouldnt connect to the internet. The lovely girl at reception gave us the WiFi password again at 8pm as she was leaving and made sure that our phones were connected. She also came to our room to try and get netflix working but was unable to get the tv connected to the internet. She offered to change our room for us, but we were aware that she was already past her knock off time trying to help us, and would have had to repack etc, as wella s the fact she had tried very hard to make it work, so we said no and for her to go home and thanked her for everything she tried. This was just a little frustrating as we had wanted to relax with a night in before the Melbourne Marathon the next day. And a couple of green tea tea bags would have been nice to repalce a couple of the black tea coffee bags.
