lack of extra blanketsWe had issues with the extra supply cupboard not being fully stocked and the access codes need to have a 12 hour life not 6 hours a people can be sleeping....also after 3 days you need to supply clean sheets to the apartments as a matter of course...

An excellent location.

No tea towel or washing-up liquid. Didn't want to use the dishwasher for just a few items.

Location was so good but but not good idea to stay, as the apartment was nit cleaned properly,carpet has satins and couch has stains as well as the dishes was provided was not cleaned at all, coffee mugs was dirty, welcomed products was provided for 3 nights was not enough bathroom stinks so bad☹️ the entrance of lobby stinks really badly and not clean at all apparently it was not good choice to stay on this place.

Location was great

Great location but not the facilities. Sheets were stained and had dirt on them. Have to pay a security deposit and still waiting for a refund after 5 days!

Wonderful apartments, I stayed in 303. No balcony or view but plenty of windows with a light airy feel. The bed was sooooo comfortable too! Fantastic location

The location was reason we booked. Close to tram and Bay St with plenty cafes and quality shopsThe apartment is modern.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. There were nail clippings on floorWe are used to king bed and didn’t sleep well in smaller size bed. I would stay again but pay extra for king bed apartment if available.

Great location for anyone wanting to access port Melbourne's ship terminals. Is also a lovely part of Melbourne for any visitor, with easy access to public transport.

Only small quibbles, for example there was no cutting board, and only a small amount of uht milk capsules so coffee for 4 in the morning was a bit muddy. Otherwise pretty happy.

Apartment was well positioned in Port Melbourne. Close to beach, restaurants, supermarket and the tram was 5 min walk away. Apartment was spacious and clean. There was a communal rooftop which had a fantastic view of the City especially at night. The apartment was very family friendly with a good size balcony.

The beds where uncomfortable, mattresses were very hard - probably need to be replaced and that there is no onsite management.

Location and cleanliness.

On the lower levels at least there is pretty much no light. Feels very closed in so not the place to spend much time. The entry system is quite irritating, needing to set it all up and email addresses from booking.com did not map across. Many emails on that, they telephone you to confirm. I’d say 3x the faff factor than the three other places I’ve stayed at in Port Melbourne over the past six months.

Good location in Port Melbourne with great views across the Bay and to the City

Location was great, access easy, parking option in Rouse St was great. Unit was clean and had everything we needed.

The pillows were terrible and the bed linen very basic and insufficient

Everything was pretty perfect except in the toilet, the grout in the sink and inside the shower around the floor it was mouldy

Great location. Good restaurants & cafes nearby. Easy walk to the beach & a good running path along the beach road.

There was no chopping board & the knives were blunt. Easy to remedy.

It was clean, easing to access, great position in Port Melbourne

Next time, I would ask for a view

Booking site glitched and booked the night before. Notified The Hamptons and Booking.com straight away only to get shafted to pay additional or loose my funds. The additional charge was over and above the rate that they charge for a Thursday night. In fact it looked to be more expensive than every night listed.
