Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields

More variety needed especially for gluten free options.

Car park fees. The room rate is high enough to cover for free car parking.

Proximity to DFO and airport

Limited car parking & lack of shuttle to DFO

Friendly and helpful staff and room was clean and great value for money.

Getting told at 11:30 at night but they required 200 deposit. As I booked in advance due to medical appointment the next morning. Save your money and travel on the day, as im near NSW border it costs me a drive to Melbourne with no place to go then home then Melbourne on the day of my appointment. One of the worst place in Melbourne even though it looks fantastic. At night my car looks fantastic too under light

The whole experience was terrible at Hyatt place at Essendon fields, car was damaged in the short time i was parked in paid car parking on site

The view from our room was great, very quite the beds & pillow were really comfortable. The staff extremely helpful and willing to assist our family needs.

We had just arrived from U.S and wanted to tip the bus driver that morning but had with no cash. A means to tip the driver.

Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was great, facilities were awesome. Easy and close to the airport and the family I was visiting

I booked through booking and paid before i arrived. When I checked in they said I hadn't paid. I had to get all my emails out to prove that I had

Everything. Professionalism of staff, location, value for money, aesthetics, space, breakfast, carpark layout and security

Have no negative comments. Would definitely stay again

We are more than happy with this stay. The staff were so incredibly helpful and generous.

A little challenging to get to place with public transportation. Google maps has the wrong pin and the uber driver cracked it.

Location to trams , family, walking track and supermarkets was perfect.

The automatic bathroom light took too long to turn off after vacating. A good 5 minutes.

The pillow sheets seems not washed well

I've stayed here a number of times and will definitely be back. It's a great location, lovely facilities and friendly staff. Thank you.

The hotel was quieter than I expected, which made the stay very comfortable. Parking was easy and the parking fee was quite reasonable. Overall, a pleasant and convenient experience.

One small issue was that the pillow had a slight musty smell. We requested a replacement, and although it was resolved a bit later than expected, it was eventually taken care of.

The customer service on arrival at the front desk check in - right through to the customer service on check out was exceptional. The restaurant dinner and service staff member was great too.

Cheese plate on dessert menu would have been good to have lingered longer in the restaurant on the work computer when doing work.
