Como Court Budget Accommodation

I actually got upgraded to stay at the crest apartments. So that was awesome. They were extremely helpful.

The phone to reception wasn't working. The exit through the carpark was crap and not working from inside. And it didn't suit people like myself who can't walk or do stairs. Need to build a ramp or have access lift at reception.

The location was good nice and close to trams and the city

Bathroom ammenities and towels could of been cleaner

It was accessible and had the amenities available for me to use. The staff was very accommodating and ready to help. I especially would like to thanks Sahil and his other colleague who I forgot the name for answering all my questions and providing me with all the help I needed when I was there. Too bad that I didn’t see both of them when I checked out as I would have loved to tip them for their assistance. I’m definitely staying there on my next trip.

There were maintenance going on in the reception area, the hallways are a bit cramped going to the lift but otherwise doable.

Quiet

Smelt like cigarettes nothing worked room smelt damp and musty half a role of toilet paper no bin

Room was comfortable and quiet.

We had difficulty locating where we needed to pick up keys. We were disturbed very late on the 2nd night by another guest who was in personal difficulty and needed assistance.

Spacious room

Housekeeping left dirty plate from previous owners in room, the bed sheets had a few stains, there was no bin in the room, the toilet had a coin inside, there was no aircon remote in the room, ants started walking into the room the next morning

Poor

Television no signal not fixed. Biro and old sleeping pants disappeared

I have stayed there before and the location is good and so is the price. The shower was very good.

The restaurant didn't do a cooked breakfast even though the menu said they did.

Bad

Wasn’t cleaned at all, dirty microwave, tv hardly worked, window could be opened from outside, no cleaning supplies were given and only one of each cutlery and bowl and plate

The room was disgusting. The bed wasn’t made, the base of the bed was damaged, the kitchen sink and cupboard was ripped off, the walls were damaged nearly everything in the room was different from the photos online. DO NOT STAY HERE

it was disgusting the rooms were filthy, it reaked of cigarette smoke (i’m asthmatic), had burnt ciggie holes on the furniture had ash on the window seal, window didn’t shut properly, the bed was broken and had one pillow for 2 guests? the photos look nothing like what we seen.

Nothing. The photos of the accomodation were completely different to what is being advertised. The whole place was disgusting.

Everything. The rooms and hallway smelt strongly of cigarettes (the accomodation advertises as non-smoking accommodation), there were stains and marks on the sink, bedding, towels and walls. The aircon didn’t work and we couldn’t open the window for fresh air (we were on ground level) and the window blinds were off the hinges. The “king sized bed” was actually x2 single beds pushed together and I got no sleep due to the thin walls making it easy to hear people early in the morning. It is very overpriced for what it is.

Nothing At all ,

My partner and I we did not like anything about this facility which operates in a dodgy in way. The bed was torn , brown in colour because of dirt, am sure it's bed bugs infested. The room was very smelly cigarette and all types of smell you would expect, dirty cups ,dirty carpet. We walked away and never stayed. Getting our refund for bond and parking it's been a nightmare, seems and feels like they scammers , they try to frustrate you so that you can give up. I do not recommend this facility even to my enemies. Worst experience ever. I feel bad for the staff who have to handle so much complaints

Was a good location and was quiet at night.

Big stain on the bedspread, many stains on the carpet, ensuite door wouldn’t shut. The pillows were low so thought I’d put the spare blanket underneath them, when I got it out, it had a cigarette burn through it, so I didn’t use it.

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful but there was only one man working on his own and he was run off his feet trying to help everyone. It was in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable

The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy with stains all over it. Check in was to be at 2pm but could not access the room until around 4.30pm as it was not ready which made us late to the function we were due to attend.The car park pass would not work. Staff opened the car park for us but then to get back in to access the car, we had to wait for someone else to go through the gate as the pass still did not work.

The location and shower was good

There was only one cup and plate, no spoons or cutlery, considering we booked for two. The floors has no been cleaned and there was a Condon wrapper on the floorThe door for the bathroom did not closeThere was no air conditioner remote so we couldn’t use the air conditioner.

Being close to the beach

Probably the worst experience about hotels, dirty, the bathroom bad no like in the picture, I felt unsafe for two bad experiences with the people around the street and in the building also the police came in to check the situation cause of the incidents.
