Lovely staff, clean room, quiet

Breakfast - as a coeliac, very little food options. There are so many foods available now that can be added. My omelette was like rubbery scrambled egg. Cold sausages and hash browns. Not worth the money. We did not use valet parking at an $80 rate.

Location, after hours access and safety, facilities like the bed were great and super comfy

Bathroom was a little small, but manageable for one night stay!

Central location, great sized room, large comfortable beds. Awesome views from the 33rd floor.

Breakfast was not available at the agreed rate at timeOf booking - staff were rude and unhelpful. They wanted to increase the price by double the agreed $25 agreed rate per person to $48.50 claiming public holiday and pre booking needed. Never mentioned at time of booking and a bit annoyed as this was the final morning of my stay

Big room space. The room is very clean. There is beautiful city view.

My family is assigned a exellent disabled-friendly room, but:There are no hooks or tables in the bathroom, and the towel shelf space is limited.The washstand table is small for three family members.All the used towels are heaped up together after housekeeping on the second day, and I can't tell which is mine :).

Quality of breakfast was only ok. Egg station excellent

range of other food only passable coffee awful and weird policy forced to pay for barista or using awful machine included. On paid breakfast which wasn't cheap...this was a cheap policy. No decent coffee facility on room...instant sachets.

I liked the area the hotel is in as well as the cleanliness of the room.

I didn't love a staff member who was at the breakfast buffet area, they were a bit hostile and made us feel a bit out of place.

Although the room had a good view, it did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was an accessible design and lacked an enclosed shower, which was inconvenient for our family. Our children were uncomfortable using the shower. We are not sure why this room was allocated to us

Location was really good with close proximity to lots of cool eats and laneways. the service was great and the rooms were nice.

The hotel is centrally located in close proximity to retail area. The room was clean & recently refurbished with modern facilities.

We actually paid for a room upgrade however, although comfortable enough for a one night stay, the room was small. I cannot imagine what the standard room would've been like. Although we were told we were upgraded I suspect that we were not.

Easy check in, quiet room, quiet location 5 minutes walk from city loop station, friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
