Waterfront Melbourne Apartments

Location. Lots of room. Good facilities. No unnecesssary room service. Great communication before arrival.

Great location - we had the perfect stay! Rooms were great and living area was spacious. Stocked kitchen with all utensils/equipment that might be needed for a short stay.

Showers looked like they could have done with a deep clean but wouldn't say they were dirty.

The place is looking a bit run down especially the carpet

Ground floor Privacy is a problem.Air con was hard to operate.

Location was perfect cuz I had to attend the Melbourne exhibition Centre for some conferences.

The bed was too firm, not a bit of spring at all.They quilt was made with polyester and it was quite hot. Was not comfortable at all. I have a good quilt on my bed here at home and it keeps me cool in summer and in winter

We arrived and checked in, when we got to the apartment it didn't have a bathtub, which I had thought I had asked for but had in fact forgotten. Staff at reception were able to find us another apartment that had a bath. I am exceptionally greatful for this as for me it made a huge difference

Great location for attending a conference. Apartment was lovely, a great view on the river. I would stay again for a short time, I just need a more comfortable bed, or a mattress topper!

Bed not as comfy as I would like - I thought bed was a bit too firm, and balcony was small. but other than that, great place to stay.

Large apartment style room, very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and didn't find the room noisy. Location is fantastic, short walk over the bridge to South Wharf.

The location, the apartment itself. Super close to the Melbourne convention centre and the South Wharf DFO. Right on the Yarra river!

Location, convenience and quiet. The staff booking in and checking out were so helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Pool too close to reception so not private but not a big issue as rest of property couldn’t be faulted.

Prime location, walking distance to Crown along the water, DFO, everything you need is within close walking distance or the tram is almost at your front door. Great value secure parking. We did not have a waterfront view, but this was not a bother to us. The room was large and had everything you could need. Best value, We will be booking to stay here again rather than booking where we usually stay in smaller motels rooms for double the $$ just because they have the big names.

Our view wasn't the best but that is no fault to the inside of the room. We got the last room picking on a busy weekend.

tv remotes had dead batteries, toilet flush is not functioning correctly

Wonderful location, easy check-in, quiet.

Awkward room layout (couldn't open closet without hitting/obstructing bedroom door), no bathroom amenities (had to go buy soap). Tiny odd-shaped (useless) balcony overlooked next unit's balcony full of construction materials and other junk. Nice building-I think we just got the luck of a subpar room. Would still stay here again.

We loved everything! Spacious apartment with balcony and stunning view on the CBD! A big plus is the spa that includes swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot handy to shopping and many places to eat. Lovely clean apartment with all the things you need. Nice balcony with limited view but still nice.

A choice of pillow sizes would be good. Lounge suite could be more comfortable. Shower over the bath was hard to get in and out of.

Odd bedding configuration saw the bedroom with the 2 single beds (for the kids) with the walk in bathroom, balcony and view.

The location is great

Air con seemed to struggle a little. Shower in bed 2 was dismall. Had to run around to get wet. Sidderly st a little dark after hours, woman feel a little unsafe walking alone.

Great location and proximity to tram and convention centre. Easy walk to restaurants whilst nice and quiet.

Location was great as was facilities on site and ease of checking in and out.

Room wasn’t as comfortable as we would have hoped. Bed very hard. Couch old and sunk into it. Looked a little run down aswell

That both keys were not left for us at check in. But they did get them to us by the next night.
