The $--- you have to put down (just in case), then the room ontop of that, then car parking ontop of that. For the room itself it becomes very expensive. Pillows not comfy.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The Wifi was fast and strong. Check-in was very straight-forward with exceptional customer service. The location is ideal for trams into the City & walking distance to Albert Park Lake. Would highly recommend. We will be back.

I chose this hotel because we were travelling with our dog. It's a dog-friendly hotel located within walking distance to Albert Park and a tram stop. The hotel allows dogs upon request and is clean and modern, especially compared to other accommodations nearby. We stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed and a kitchenette. Linens were offered for changing on both days of our weekend stay. According to the pet policy, pets could stay in the room while we went out, which was convenient for dinner and events.

It's not a dislike, but it's important to note that Quest shares the apartment complex with private residential units. We were informed that we (with our dog) could only access the complex through the side gate beside the building, which leads to the rear and the street (where the underground parking is), because the private residential section prohibits dogs from entering or exiting through the front entrance path. This is due to several dogs urinating on the pavement and plants out front. Additionally, there aren't many food options nearby.

No smokers area felt a bit unsafe at night stand in the street.

Location was perfect for the event we attended. Reception staff were wonderful. Room was clean.

We left the room three times for the cleaner. At 3pm when we needed to start getting ready for our event, the room still had not been serviced. We sourced our own clean towels.

Studio apartment was well set out. Staff were very helpful with all my questions. Like the fact that you can open a window to let fresh air into the room.

Room was exceptionally clean, quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Easy access to public transport.Staff were friendly and willing to help.Overall 10/10 will definitely stay there again next time I visit Melbourne.

The body wash bottle was not re-filled before we arrived. We could ask reception though, but we happened to have some body wash with us.

Very handy location for the work trip I was on - room and facilities within exceeded what I had expected. Very neat and tidy with a comfy bed and a cosy space to work. Friendly staff on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

We love staying here. It's so well equipped for us as a family and close to everything. The staff are amazing, and the interconnecting rooms give us all some much-needed space from each other.
